PET POLICY — DOG FRIENDLY
Up to 2 dogs welcome (max 65 lbs each; larger dogs considered case-by-case — message before booking).
• $250 pet fee per dog, per stay (due at booking)
• Dogs must be included in reservation
• No dogs on furniture
• Dogs must be crated when unattended
*Undisclosed pets will incur a $400 fee per dog*
PARKING
• 2 full size vehicles max in gravel driveway
• Small boat allowed in lieu of a vehicle (confirm first)
• No trailers, campers, street parking, or parking on grass
IMPORTANT HOUSE POLICIES
- Non-smoking property — no smoking of any kind (including vaping/hookah)
- Not a party house — ideal for families and respectful groups seeking relaxation
- Primary renter must be 25+ and present for entire stay
- Exterior security cameras (Ring) located at front door and back door entry points for safety and check-in monitoring. Devices may not be tampered with.
TRAVEL INSURANCE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
We highly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. We strictly follow our cancellation policy and cannot make exceptions for unforeseen circumstances.
WEATHER POLICY
In the event of tropical weather, we follow official local guidance. Refunds or adjustments are only considered if a mandatory evacuation order is issued.
The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the booking will be cancelled:
Must sign rental agreement.
Must submit copy of government issued photo I.D. The Photo I.D. must match the name on the reservation and card submitted for the security hold.
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed and a signed rental agreement is received.
This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.
You must be 25YO to book this home and present for the entire stay.
No 3rd party bookings. Any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation without any refund and forfeiture of security deposit.
