Corner lakefront townhouse, perfect for Snowbirds, golfing, & wine touring

Memory foam king beds (May 2022) Spacious end unit with lots of windows. Granite counter tops along with a fully equipped kitchen. Hardwood in the living room and upstairs bedrooms.

Enjoy the open floor plan on main level with a flat screen in the living room and large dining room table.

3 Bedrooms located on top floor. Master bedroom has private balcony where you can sip on your morning coffee . 1st and 3rd bedrooms have queen size beds

2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double size bed on the bottom - great room for the kids!

2.5 bathrooms - ensuite in the master, 2nd full bathroom upstairs and powder room on main level

Main level has a walk out patio with a natural gas BBQ and open grassy area where you can play Bocce!

Brand new washer and dryer installed April 2021

Geothermal heating & cooling system keeps you comfortably warm in the winter & cool in the summer.

The townhouses have a single car garage as well as one designated outside parking spot.

Complex is equipped with outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and private beach that also has boat moorage for up to 22 boats. - Option to reserve your spot for a fee

Wifi internet and basic cable included in this unit

There is a large common room in the main building that is perfect for snowbird gatherings in the off season.

You will be steps away from the your own private beach, boating, golfing and wine tasting in beautiful Osoyoos.

Lakeside trip

We loved sitting on the patio enjoying the lake view. There is a street between but it’s very quiet with very little traffic. The kitchen is HUGE. Tons of space and well equipped. The garage was really useful for all of our lake toys, paddle boards, etc. The beds were comfortable, shower was great… we had a great time and would recommend for any family.

Perfect location!!

We've stayed in this resort before. Right across the street from private beach. Prices have risen over the years. We hopewe can come every yearits where we can build memories with the grandkids.

Snowbird Heaven

Perfect place to stay to avoid the cold snd snowy prairie winter. Greay location. Great hospitality. Couldn't have asked for anything more! ....except for maybe a few more warm sunny days. Ashleigh was a great host. Thanks for the memories.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness is that patio and windows were not clean. However the inside was very clean. A suggestion - the shower in the main bathroom is very slippery and my 87 year old mother slipped while having a shower (she is fine). Suggest a rubber mat be supplied.

We had a nice one-night stay on our wine tour. All was in order and the townhouse was more spacious than we expected. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing time

This property was beautiful. Across the street from the private lake area which was awesome. Townhome was very big - 3 nice bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - perfect for our big group. Everything was clean on arrival. Will definitely want to go back.

Extra fees and timeframes

Overall very nice. This opinion has nothing to do with the facility. The cleaning costs should be adjusted to the amount of work required to clean. We left the place like we found it but also had to strip beds and load the laundry. That should be cleanings responsibility. Booking in at 4 and having to leave at 10 does not allow for a good 2 night stay. Would be nice if those hours were flexible. Other than those opinions things were good and we would stay again.

Going beyond the necessary

We ended up with our time cut quite short due to unexpected crises at home. Communication with Ashleigh and Alicia was easy and they were very responsive, and helpful beyond what would have been required. Home is as described, and the experience there was good. Thank you!

Ideal spot to stay

The townhouse is well equipped and in a great location. It is the end unit so less people walking by the backyard. We recommend this townhouse and would go back again.
