Enjoy the constant-level Lake Austin and private backyard that features a beautiful pool & hot tub that overlook the shaded lawn with lighted sport/pickleball court. Dine on the water at the dock table, grill outside, enjoy the fire pit and watch the game on the covered back patio. The open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, a home bar with nearby family and dining room large enough for your entire group. Enjoy a game of pool or shuffle puck upstairs or a movie night in the theater-style media room with comfortable lounge chairs and black-out shades. There is a home gym for guest use as well as a private office. Wheelchair accessible bathroom on 1st floor. This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 15 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. Full guest list required.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
