I appreciated the bikes left for our use at the property, as well as the pool toys and inflatable pump. However, beach chairs are a necessity for a beach house and there were only 2 tiny, flimsy chairs. This was a problem - I had to purchase my own chairs and then figure out what to do with them, or lose the several hundred $ they cost to acquire (the Ace hardware on Perwinkle charges $69 for a decent beach chair!). Also, per my comment above, a house that charges $12k/ month needs to be better appointed. I called the office when I found clothing and shoes left from the prior renter and the office said someone would pick them up. I left them outside in a labeled bag and they sat there for the duration of our stay. If I had left belongings at the house that the next renter found and took the time to call the office in an effort to return them to me, and the rental office never bothered to pick them up, I’d be very disappointed. It gave me the impression that the rental office did not care about its guests. This was a super easy thing for Dream Vacations to do for both me and the prior renter, but nothing was done. It left me with a bad taste.
