Great Getaway!

Taylor was very responsive when we had questions. The home had everything we needed to have a wonderful time. The deck overlooking Butterfly Lake was perfect for our group and used alot. The resort has so many activities that there is always something to do. Look forward to staying there again. Loved having a golf cart with the home

This is our third stay at Sun N Fun (Sun Outdoors Sarasota) and second time staying at this unit. The home has everything you need and more- comfy beds, great linens and extras of everything. We love coming to this exact unit as the owner is so easy to communicate with and helps ensure your stay is 11/10. The photos are an accurate representation of the home and you get everything you see. We had another amazing vacation at this unit at Sun N Fun

Best Location in the Park!

Beautiful park home with a great view on a pretty pond. Has one of the largest decks in the park with a big seating area, firepit/coffee table, beautiful grill. Everything is new & in great condition. This place is full of light with lots of windows & a beachy feel. Open Concept living area is very comfy for a long stay. Stocked well. Everything is done right to completely accommodate guests. Definitely would stay again!! Great job with this property.

Wonderful Stay

We have stayed in Sun-N-Fun many times over the past 19 years and this unit is by far the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. The layout is very unique and makes the unit feel very open and inviting. The unit is nicely furnished, plenty of towels and linens were provided, many consumables were available to get you started and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The complex is rather large with lots of activities throughout the park so having the golf cart available was really nice. Taylor was a delight to work with and was quick to respond to any question we had along the way. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again or recommend Taylor and his unit to our family and friends.

Loved It!

Would highly recommend! There was never a dull moment. There was plenty to do in the Sun-N-Fun resort. Awesome indoor and outdoor pools. Taylor's house looked newly remodeled. Loved the deck and the view of the pond. If we needed anything Taylor answered my texts within minutes. House came with everything you can think of. Fully stocked kitchen pots and pans and utensils. Golf cart was a plus too. Absolutely no complaints!

Nice stay

This unit was perfect for our group. Unit is very nice and spacious. There are tons of amenities at the resort and having a golf cart was wonderful. The resort is very large and use of the golf cart made it very convenient to go to pool and hot tub. Everyone in the resort is very friendly. I would highly recommend renting this unit, Taylor was always quick to respond and helpful. The back deck has a gas fire pit that made it nice to sit out on the cool evenings.
