Super sunny upstairs apartment with all modern designer decor and amenities. Walking distance to Downtown, Campus Corner, OU Campus, OU Stadium. Hip designer interior, completely new and modern. Come and try. Our space is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. Comfy couch and bed so you may relax and get a good night's rest.

Contactless check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay.
We assume that our guests are busy and private people. We will check on you regularly via text. Other than that, we will leave you alone.
I am here 24/7 to make your stay the most comfortable. You can count on me to be there for you. We wish you a pleasant stay.

Walking distance to everything great in Norman; Art and Dinosaur Museum, Student Theater and Concerts, Sooner Theater and Santa Fe Station, Bars and Restaurants, Music, Libraries, and a lot more. Norman is a safe area populated by students and young families. If parking becomes an issue please park along the roadway or by the city tracks.

Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking is available. Stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.

We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. In the past year, we have encountered four such cases. Thank you for your cooperation.
Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior request before the check-in date.

Currently, the Pool is open, however, we may close the pool due to weather conditions and maintenance anytime.

Important House Rules:

No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.

-No extra guests besides those included in the reservation; unless prior request and written approval for extra visitor(s).
-Our property should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.

OU Football Game Weekend Stay

Perfect location to stay for an OU football game. Easy walk to stadium and safe area. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Norman Studio

Great studio apartment close to University and restaurants. Super clean, great design and furnishings and even had snacks and drinks available. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Norman!

Glad I picked this place

I didn't want to rent a car and was very glad. It's a pleasant walk from this place to OU, downtown Norman eateries, OU ballparks, and the Medieval Faire. I had a really nice time.

We (2) stayed here in late December for an OU graduation.The host was in touch with us regularly, and was very responsive prior to our stay. The place was truly immaculately clean! There is a sound bar, but you can’t connect without an audio jack. No TV. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for the first day and the host was responsive in finding out where the issue was (with the Internet provider) which was beyond her control. She notified us when it was fixed. Those were minor but we did take off 1 star because each night we woke up sweating even though it was cold outside in the 20s and 30s. The first two nights we *thought* we had set the the thermostat to be 68. But the third and final night we made sure that we set the thermostat to 65, and still woke up with it at 72 and sweating. That’s when we realized that the thermostat was on a preset schedule and couldn’t be edited. We discovered too late, on the final morning, that we could turn the program off, and set the temp so that it would stay at that temp. Lastly, there was only one wash rag. we asked for additional washcloths, but they never came and so we scrounged around the cleaning closet to find additional ones.Overall, it was nice stay, the apartment was extremely clean, and aside from the thermostat issue, the rest were minor things, and we would definitely come back again.

Great spot, centrally located. Near Campus Corner, which is great for home games. Well stocked kitchen included things like noodles and snacks in case you become peckish but don't want to get groceries- bring cash, donation $ asked for food (fair enough). Clean, spacious, very quiet place. Very communicative owner. All amenities you'd expect. AC too! Yes, parking space is available. No TV (not needed), but great wifi. The fridge had a loud buzz that would click on often, but I contacted owners and they said they wpuld address it. (They offered to have a repair person stop by, but we had plans out, so it had to wait.) Strongly recommend this place for convenience, cleanliness, and very nice host.

Great apt & location

Evie has a wonderful studio apt. Felt like a 1-bdrm as there was a half wall between bed and living room. Very spacious. Well stocked. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, laundry detergent, iron/board, washer & dryer. The apt was spotless. It was exactly as described. Full kitchen, living room, bdrm, large walk-in closet, bthrm & laundry. Parking spot. Access and directions were very clear. Evie checked in with us throughout our stay. She has gone the extra mile and provided food. There was spaghetti, sauce, cereal, chips, cookies, jello/pudding, ketchup, Mayo, spices, coffee, water & soda. The only thing Evie didn't provide was a personal chef 🤣. Location couldn't be better. We always felt safe. A couple of blocks south to the campus and restaurants, shops & bars. A few blocks north was Main Street - more breweries, restaurants & bars. We never needed a car. We ate at Pepe Delgados on Asp - excellent Mexican food. Bkfst at The Diner on Main. Beer at BIG Brew Pub (Beer Is Good). We loved it here. Thanks, Evie!

Close to campus

A perfect apartment very close to campus, very clean with all the amenities! The only thing we missed was a television.
