Charming beach house on Lake Leelanau. Includes kayaks and a fireplace.

Must book weekly in the summer months of July and August.

Enjoy spending some time at this charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage on Lake Leelanau. This cozy lake house offers comfortable lodging for up to four guests. The living room has plenty of seating overlooking the beautiful lake views. There is wall-unit air conditioning and a wood-burning fireplace.

No more than four guests are allowed; however, there is a bunkhouse with one twin bed and a twin bunk bed if guests want to spread out. The bunkhouse does not have a kitchen or bathroom.

Enjoy the roomy yard. Walk out the door to a deck with comfortable outdoor seating and enjoy beautiful sunsets and fall color views. The huge yard is perfect for outdoor games. 100' of shoreline includes a dock and boat hoist that has a 3000 lb. limit. Three kayaks are included. There is a gas grill and a fire pit.

This cottage is just minutes from the Village of Lake Leelanau. In the area are groceries, wineries, a distillery, antique shops, and restaurants. There is a boat launch just a couple of miles from the house. Suttons Bay and Leland are about 10 minutes away.

Your well-mannered dog is welcome. One dog only. Please clean up after your pet.

The lake view is awesome. Our weather was unseasonably warm. Was able to swim in October. The place is great. Clean and updated. Bathroom even has a heated floor. Next time I would bring my boat. Property manager called to make sure everything is ok too.

Lake Leelanau

The lake is gorgeous can see right into the water. We used the kayaks - water was very placid and peaceful. Quiet relaxing and great house. I cried when we had to leave. Visited nearby Suttons Bay and Fishtown (Leland) Absolutely loved it. Want to go again!!!!!

Absolutely Beautiful!

This Beautiful Beach House was perfect.Amazing sunsets, lake view, quiet , and so peaceful. My daughter and I had an incredible time. Lake house is small but adorable! And close to shopping area. Definitely worth it and we will be back!

On the lake

Leelanau Blue is charming as described, the view of the lake and sunsets were beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing week.The only complaint we had was the dog and cat hair that was on the pillows and floors.

The cleaning crew needs to vacuum the couch and the brown ottoman in front of the couch, especially if the previous renters had a dog that sheds. Wife also spotted a few cobwebs on the ceiling. Great place!

We loved staying at this little cottage. They did a great job on the remodel. Cute and cozy. Great view. All the furniture was very comfy. I would recommend bringing water shoes lake bottom more of a sand/clay mixture. Firepit was very nice. We had a great time.

Beautiful location

Beautiful quiet location. We can get here without traveling through the bustle of Traverse City. Property was clean and newly remodeled. We booked the property with the hopes of using the kayaks and doing some fishing on the lake however there was only one paddle remaining. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and accessories.
