Delightful two bedroom garden unit located behind the main household and totally separate. Light and bright with two separate and private outdoor areas, both fully fenced. Cosy living space with kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. Microwave, electric element and electric frypan for cooking. Unit is compact with no door on main bedroom.
Continental breakfast supplied.
Quiet and safe residential neighbourhood. Walking distance to shopping centre, children’s play areas, walkways and Botany Downs shopping centre.
Short drive to Eastern/Bucklands Beach and Howick Village
Pets by negotiation.

Comfort Plus

My friend and I were on a whirlwind trip. Aukland was our first leg after a long flight there. This unit had everything a weary traveler would need and want. The beds an pillows were so comfortable. Graham had continual communication with me prior to stay to assure we would not encounter any surprises on our arrival. Would recommend to all.

Great, cosy accommodation

We all loved this place, a home from home place to stay. Easy access to wherever you want to travel to. Close to a bus stop if you are travelling on public transport. Botany town centre, 10 minutes away, is lovely to have a walk around. You are 15 minutes walk from supermarket and fast food. The host Graham was so welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic!

My parter and I stayed at this lovely holiday home for a short period of time, and had more then we could have asked for. Brilliant location and is very close to everything. Graham was very efficient, and is very easy to get in contact with. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

A truly hidden gem

Graham thinks of all the little things. Special touches all around the unit. Cannot be beaten on price and comfort. A clean, quiet neighbourhood, too. We loved the kitchen supplies, tasteful choice of bathroom amenities and extra heaters. Makes me wish I was travelling in and out of Auckland more often! Exquisite!

Pakaranga paradise

Really enjoyed my stay, super easy to communicate Whilst not being invasive. Cute dogs too. Highly recommend for someone looking to stay outside the city.

Perfect little spot

Lovely, clean little unit which was well stocked with everything we needed including plenty of tea, coffee and bathroom supplies.
