The house was VERY clean! We thought it was so nice that they had some cooking essentials available to use. (Like spices and olive oil.) The kids LOVED the air hockey/pool table. Plenty of towels to use at the pool that were fluffy and large! The outdoor space was so nice too! The only thing I can say that might be helpful to families with young kids is that the pool does get fairly deep, fairly quickly, so there wasnt a lot of room for my kids a little over 4ft and under to touch. But they didn’t seem to mind too much and adjusted. The bench seating that went along the shallow end was great too! We were thankful for all the pool toys too! We got a lot of use out of the basketball goal! Pool temp was perfect and hot tub was the favorite! We went to the beach one day and they had all tbe beach essentials we could need! Coolers, wagon, beach chairs, sand toys and more!We had the best week!

Cool Cape Coral Escape

Our rental at Villa Addison was wonderful and just what we need as we escaped out of our midwestern Wisconsin winter! We traveled with a 92 year old and a disabled individual. My wife and I found the home beautiful, clean and well taken care of. The pool was heated and other than us putting the solar cover on each evening we never had to adjust the preprogrammed temperature selection of 85°. Most sunny days the pool got to 87-88°! We tried to get the hot tub heated once the pool filter turned off for the day, but I think we were simply not smart enough to get it going. Ann from SWFL-Rentals and Dwayne took care of all our added needs, such as questions, etc. I wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely rent through SWFL again, however next time we'd bring our miniature schnauzers.

Better than expected!

This house was even better than we thought! When we walked in it even smelled good. There were bikes, beach chairs, pool accessories and coolers all for us to use. The owner was so willing to share all that he had. We will definitely stay here again!

Home away from home!

We had a wonderful winter in this lovely home. Everything we could have needed was provided. Kitchen was exceptionally stocked. Bath Towels were luxurious. Bedding was very comfortable. If we needed help Anne and Dwayne were a text away. Thank you! Would have loved to come here again next winter but it was already books🙁

Spring Break 2023

We spent a week in the home for a Michigan Spring Break with our 7-year-old with our main agenda being sun and the pool. The inside of the home was great - clean, spacious and all the amenities on-hand. The outside area was perfect - the lanai with the large table, couch/chairs with the outdoor TV was great for dining, evening movies and playing music during the day. The pool and spa were nice, but the area itself needed to be cleaned (just a hose down ahead of arrival would have been appreciated). We were also disappointed that there was no mention in the description that most of the pool is deep - only a very small end (taken up by a bench and steps) was shallow which limited the play space for our family with a young one.

Great getaway!

Our family of 5 which includes 3 teenagers enjoyed this house. Everyone had their own bedroom and the living space was large enough that we didn’t feel cramped. The pool/spa were awesome and the air hockey/pool table along with the board games were a nice touch to keep us busy when lounging at home. The only thing that the listing said it had was TV’s in each room which it did not have. Wasn’t a huge deal. My only suggestion would be to have the house equipped with some basic cooking items such as salt/pepper, sugar, flour, ketchup, mustard. We only stayed one week so wouldn’t have used much of those items and didn’t pay for us to buy them. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back!

Hi Tracy, and thank you for your feedback. It's very important to us. I am sorry that the number of TVs in the house did not match the description. The owners are planning on getting additional TVs, but were delayed in getting them. We will update the description to reflect that. We can appreciate the idea of having basic cooking items at the house for shorter stays, however, with COVID, we are unable to keep these types of things at the house, as the cleaners must dispose of anything left behind after each stay. We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay, and we are grateful that you too the time to share your experience with us!

The fun house

We had alot of fun and enjoyed our stay.My kids loved the combination air hockey/pool table.The pool and hot tub are fantastic, and really enjoyed the seating out in the lanai. Inside house is very nice,with the bedrooms spaced out being a plus. See you next year!!

Very accommodating for us enjoy the home tried to keep it clean and read up. Had beautiful weather . They thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Hope it doesn’t cost us so much more in electric . Didn’t realize that was an extra expense. Most places we stayed never had to pay extra for use of electric . This is our third one here in Florida. I cleaned up a lot so I don’t think cleaning people had to do much. Need to have one room with twin beds. Don’t know where we will stay next year in Florida but will try to find one so accommodating as yours Thank you

AMAZING TIME!!

The property is fabulous!! The owners thought of everything. We wanted for nothing. The linens/towels were the best, and plenty of everything!!....you can tell no expense was spared. Ann came by and explained how everything worked. Gave us some awesome recommendations! We are 7 forever friends from high school. We would have stayed forever! Had a great stay at Villa Addison, check in was easy, property was clean and in quiet neighborhood. Everything needed for cooking was available, nearest Publix was less than 5 minutes away. Garage was also stocked with beach chairs and sun umbrellas, as well some toys for kids. Recommended.

Absolutely amazing property!

Our stay at the Addison was simply amazing! The house is beautiful, and very accommodating! SWFL Rentals was a breeze to work with! Had everything we needed to go to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, cooler). Our kids LOVED the pool and spa! Already looking to plan our next stay!

This home is as described and better! The privacy was amazing! Although neighbors are right next door the fence & greenery helped us feel as if we were completely isolated from the world! We travel to Cape Coral often and have stayed in many rental homes- this is definitely in our top two favorites and we will try to rent again and again moving forward!

Perfect vacation home

What an amazing place. Beautiful, comfortable, great pool, out door space was perfect. Big fluffy towels for the bathroom and pool side. Only negative and this is a small one....we were a group of 8 women, it would of been nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms to help with getting ready. Will absolutely stay here again.
