Not impressed

The house is in a nice quiet area. But I wasn`t impressed with the house. Bathrooms and pool areas have no safety bars, which was an issue for my elderly father. The house has roaches and ants. At least 2 of the beds have bed bugs, and beds are very uncomfortable (maybe old or very worn). The description says brand new, I would question that. I won`t rent a house again. And would not recommend to anyone. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

WOW - This place is great!

The place is big, comfortable, and separated sides if needed, Location is great. Pool was perfect and Hot Tub too! Not one complaint for this house! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Spectacular

We had a wonderful family vacation. The new construction home is beautiful and has everything you need. The kids (6&7y/o) had a blast in the pool/lanai area. We felt at home yet still on vacation. Everyone at Turn Key was so helpful and answered questions quickly. The Cape Coral area is beautiful. There are restaurants and grocery stores near by if you want to cook in the large kitchen or on the grill. The home is equipped with lots of towels, extra pillows & blankets, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer. 10 days in Cape Coral Florida

This house is beautiful. Truly brand new .perfectly furnished. Comfortable beds very well stocked kitchen. The local property magement company was rude , and didn`t fix the heating of the pool for 3 days . They never contacted me via phone to communicate about the problem. They never offered any compensation even after a supervisor said their response was unacceptable and someone would contact me and resolve the issue and speak to me about compensation. Very disappointing home team . Otherwise the home was awesome. Unfortunately we found a better home on a canal . We actually met the home team supervisor and found their home brand new , perfect location and she explained all of their policies and pricing. We have already reserved the home . Actually this is unfortunate because we are lifetime Platinum member with Marriott as we would prefer to be loyal to Marriott however this experience was not what we expected. My job is to be loyal to Marriott, respect the property and make full payment which we do / did . Of responsibility is not to spend 3 days of back n forth, being spoken to rudely, and basically just s stressful run around . Spectacular rendezvous away from home

This place is as shown in the pictures! Newly build home with nice ammenities, pretty huge size pool, jacuzzi, massive TV, grill. Space for the entire family to hand out. Very close to super market and lovely neighborhood we walking distance to the marina as described! Highly recommend this place, we would stay here again. Beautiful, spacious home in a nice location

Really beautiful home in a good central location. Was bigger than the actual pictures and felt spacious. The pool heater sadly wasn’t working properly the entire week, so we weren’t able to use much at all with the kids. 10am checkout is also a bit unreasonable, but overall, a really nice property This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Save yourself the headache and rent a different property.

Location is not the greatest for the price I paid. 1+ hour drive to any decent beaches. House wasn`t clean upon arrival...food on floors and dirty toilet in master bedroom. You have to choose between a heated pool or heated hot tub and have to manually switch between the two. System automatically shuts pump down at 6pm, so neither ever has a chance to get warm. Owners have max temp in hot tub set at 98°. Pool was freezing for our entire stay. Hot tub functioned properly for 1 out of 7 day stay. Multiple calls and texts to customer service went unanswered or said they would help and no one showed or called back. No propane in grill and didn`t find out until it was time to cook dinner, so adjusted and cooked in the oven. House is modern with nice open floor plan, but i do NOT recommend. This house has potential ...certainly hope they work the kinks out for any future renter. No one wants to be on the phone with customer service on a daily when they are on vacation. Extremely disappointed. Still waiting on a phone call for partial refund. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great!

There was 6 adults for our week stay. This is a very quite neighborhood, with quiet time starting at 9pm. So if your looking to party, this might not be the place for you. This was not a problem for us.This is a new construction house. It was nice that each couple had their own bedroom & bathroom. The pool & spa was amazing! The pool is automatically heated to 85* daily, this is not a solar heated pool-actually heated, which was nice since we stayed in December & it barley reached 80*. We did rent a mini van for our stay. We had a garage door opener, which was nice to use every time coming & going from the house. The mini van did not quite fit in the garage-so we just had to pull in the garage at an angle. Centrally located. Lots of stores nearby. We did have a little trouble with not enough garbage bags, paper towels & toilet paper for our week stay. The house keepers dropped off some supplies but we ran out again. So we just ended up buying our own. No big deal. This is an amazing place & would absolutely rent again.
