More like a boutique hotel than a VRBO and sets the standard for other owner/renters! The Oak House wasn't just clean, it was spotless. Very nicely designed and decorated. Well located in Fayetteville. Amenities you would expect to find like the wi-fi and ironing board, which we used, but also thoughtful and generous touches you don't expect to find from a short-term rental, like plenty of ice, high quality snacks and gifts. Definitely would recommend and return.

Very comfortable and perfect location within the university. The unit is very private and surrounded by lush vegetation. The host stocked the house with all you need for a fabulous stay. They gave us a thoughtful welcoming gift as well. All the outside trash cans were full when we got there so we had to place our trash bags next to them. That was the only part that was not ideal.

Weekend Stay

We had a great stay in Fayetteville! The home was close to the university and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the same area.

Very nice place, quiet area

The duplex was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. Will stay here again when visiting Fayetteville.

Perfect location

This place is was so cute and had all the room we needed. We loved the deck! We had our coffee there every morning. Great location, only minutes from campus. Will definitely plan on staying here again in the near future.

Fayetteville mountain biking and visiting family and friends

The property was perfect for our needs. Kitchen had everything we needed and the Weber grill on the back patio got a good workout while we were there. I highly recommend this property.

Quiet respite

"Perfect" really sums it up. We were in town to support an aging parent. This was a quiet spot to regroup, but also easy space for a family group to hang out in.

Great place

The place is excellent. We had a little difficulty finding it because the house number wasn't clearly marked. The location is really convient and I highly recommend staying here.

Super clean and up to date

Good spot, off main road. Easy to get to, up to date, clean. Has everything we needed. Communication was great. And, close to campus. Would stay again.

Really nice.

It was very clean and had lots of extras that were nice to have, like shampoo, lotion, Q-tips. Also the bedding was super soft and comfortable. Slept well for being away from home. It was pretty close to places we wanted to be.

I can't remember if the listing mentioned that it's split-level or not, but if it isn't, that might be a good idea for guests that have a hard time with stairs. Also, and it wasn't an issue for us, the flooring on the stairs doesn't have much slip resistance and the nosing of the stairs visually bleeds from one to the next making it a little difficult to distinguish where one ends and the next one starts. We had a wonderful stay and there were more provisions than we needed during our time there! I have worked in commercial project management for a very long time so these things that caught my eye. I think it would go unnoticed by anyone else.

Ole Miss vs Hogs

Fantastic stay in Fayetteville. We were in town for the Hogs/Ole Miss football game. The house is within walking distance to the stadium. Location was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, plenty of quality amenities. The stay was exactly y what we had hoped.

College visit with sons

The house worked really well for our visit with our son at UARK. We were close to campus and other things while in Fayetteville. The house was clean and beds were comfortable! The property managers were easy to reach when needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Comfortable and quiet

Really nice duplex. It is only a 2 minute drive or 7 minute walk to UArk campus. Very convenient. The property manager responds very quickly to all questions.

A perfect retreat!

The house is nestled in the woods with a nice hiking trail just outside the door. We had an excellent experience with the property manager. She was She was easy to get a hold of and promptly responded to my communications. The house has everything that you would need for that you might forget. We had a great experience would definitely stay there again!
