Oceanfront condominiums for those who enjoy a smaller, more intimate setting with convenience and value. Captain's Walk I, a short walk to the hub of Garden City Beach, is 9 unit complex with a pool. Watch sunrises over the blue Atlantic ocean from your second floor private balcony. Unit B1 is second floor, has stainless appliances, flat screen TVs, WIFI and a bunk room for the kids! Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. No elevator.

Captain's Walk I is located 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story
complex offers all direct ocean front units. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to
the pier, which offers an arcade, live music during the summer, karaoke, food and drinks, fishing, and
beautiful scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean. This complex features an oceanside outdoor pool that is
open Easter to November 1. Take a short walk from the pool area and you are right on the beach! There
is no elevator at Captain's Walk I. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Sorry, recreational
vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not allowed.

Pleasant Stay

The property was just as it appears in the listing. My communications with the property management were always answered quickly and fully. The location right on the beach was perfect. Having keyless entry was very convenient. We arrived after the office closed, but check-in was still easy. This is a second story unit, but requires you to climb a full 2 flights of stairs. So be prepared for things to get heavy :).
