We loved the location of the home and we loved the layout of the house! We felt as if the house had plenty of room for us to not feel like we were on top of each other.

Our family of 7 had the best time! Lots of space to relax and enjoy our week at Marco. The property was gorgeous. Everything was very clean. The pool and hot tub were super nice. No issues for us, but the host did contact us to check-in and make sure all was going well. Our adult children rode bikes to the beach each day, took out the kayaks a few times and enjoyed fishing from the boat dock. Everything was absolutely AMAZING!

House is beautiful and we especially liked the layout with the main and guest with 2 baths on one side of the house and a second queen that shares a bath with the twins on the other. Perfect for two families. One with children. Pool and hot tub gorgeous. It’s a small thing but we missed having shampoo supplied as we had to make an extra run to the store. Marco Island not much for coffee shops but lovely breakfast restaurants. Beach great.

Amazing stay!

We vacationed with another family, so 2 couples and two 15 yr old girls. More than enough room for everyone, beautiful home, well appointed amenities and superb location! We loved fishing and kayaking right from the pier. We saw many iguanas, dolphins and manatee. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, walks and bike rides through the neighborhood and simply relaxing ☺️ n this beautiful home. Grocery store, restaurants and beach were all a very close car ride. Communication was also great. We plan to visit again!

Absolutely Amazing

The house was incredible and was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and the amenities are everything you could want or need, beach chairs umbrellas, coolers, kayaks. My kids fished off the dock and caught a lot of fish every day. The pool was excellent and the spa worked beautifully. I would definitely recommend this house as we will certainly be back as soon as we can.

Enjoyed Our Stay at Harbor Haven

Our family of 7 travel to various areas during the holiday vacation and this year decided on Marco Island. Harbor Haven was our choice and did not regret. It met all of our needs. It was spacious and well appointed. The house and pool area were clean with a beautiful view of the intercoastal to view dolphins and manatees. Any question or issue was responded to immediately by the management team. Would book again when returning to Marco Island. All of us really enjoyed!

Family time

The house is very good, comfortable and has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, the pool is spectacular and there is a good jacuzzi. If I had to go again, I would return to this house. The check-in and check-out system is excellent and iTrip communicates continuously.

Marco Magic

Another wonderful stay - this was our second year and we continue to love the gorgeous home, spread out bedrooms, beautiful spacious kitchen and the fantastic lanai!! We swam in the pool and soaked in the hot tub every day and enjoyed fantastic food and sunsets at the restaurants around Marco! Cannot wait to return next year!

Great property, great location

A wonderful, warm and welcoming vacation for six of us. A large and beautiful home with a great (and warm) pool and hot tub area. Plenty of seating and comfortable couches and beds. The neighborhood is quiet and safe… you may even see a few gopher tortoises on your ride out! Single level with a lot of railings made it easy for my Dad to move around and be comfortable. Hosts were responsive and very professional.

This place was amazing! The property managers responded to every text/concern we had. We came the week after Milton. They had the property in amazing condition. I will say there is only 1 TV in the whole house, so if u have teens bring ur iPad. Amazing people to work w and great location!

Great Getaway

Home is lovely - large and roomy for a family vacation. Beautifully decorated! Ultra private and quiet. Had some issues with some functions - no hot water in shower/tub in one bathroom and heating the pool and hot tub. But when contacted they sent troubleshooter out multiple times and ended up with heat working at end of our stay so ended on a great note! And were nice in cancelling the extra charge for heating the pool and hot tub. Patio is great - saw a dolphin in the canal!!

Great vacation!

The house was setup perfect for our multiple families traveling with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house for more privacy. This was our 2nd stay at a property managed by Mark and everything is clean, well stocked, and just overall great. We enjoyed many afternoons and evenings either in the pool or lounging on the huge lanai. We even were able to see manatees daily in the canal. We have made Marco Island an annual trip as a family, and would definitely consider this home (or any others managed by Mark) next year!

Multigenerational family fun!

The location of this impressive property was perfect! Everything was easy to get to; beach, grocery store, marina./ though we often did not want to leave the house. The layout was great for grandparents, mom and dad, uncle and the kids. Plenty of space- the outdoor living was the best- beautiful pool and hot tub along with areas to be outside without direct sun. We saw manatees and dolphins- enjoyed gorgeous sunrises. A trip to remember!!!

Amazing home

Fantastic in all aspects! You feel like you are at your own private resort. Saw dolphins and manatees swim by! All day sun on the pool but plenty of outdoor shaded areas as well. Kitchen very well equipped, plus mini-fridges at each wet bar. Tons of beach gear provided but we honestly never left the lanai.

Everything we could’ve dreamed of!

This was perfect! Honestly, from the quick responses from Mark to the flexibility with our changed flights to the unbelievably beautiful home, it was the perfect destination spot for my family and I. We were close to the beach and was left everything we needed for an all day stay at the beach! We will be returning, for sure. Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience!
