Sun Peaks Resort in the beautiful mountains of British Columbia is an unbeatable destination for your next outdoor family experience in winter or summer.
Echo Landing #05 is a ground level condo and has all the luxuries to make this a truly memorable vacation experience. Ski-in and Ski-out! To Ski-out you only need to cross the street and ski down towards the Orient Chairlift and Morrissey's Chairlift.
Relax in the living room in front of the fireplace watching a movie on the flat screen TV. The spacious kitchen has all new appliances/amenities for all your cooking and baking needs.
There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and an ensuite. There is a queen/double bunk bed in the second bedroom, and the living room has a queen sofa bed.
No need to over pack as there is a private washer/dryer for doing laundry. Your family will have their own private hot tub to enjoy at any time. There is a barbeque available to give you more flexibility with meal planning.
The townhouse is 830 sq. ft., can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
Sun Peaks Resort is not just for skiing as there is Nordic skiing (37 km of groomed trails), snowshoeing, ice skating, tube park, sleigh rides and many other activities in the winter. The summer heats up with golf, mountain biking, hiking, horseback rides and a weekly farmers market.

Never been to Sun Peaks and absolutely loved it. The Condo had everything we needed and property Management Bear Country was amazing! The ski in and ski out was so convenient just across the street and ski to lift. We walked into town every day (about 15-20 minute walk) and didn’t use our car the whole time. Hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of skiing! Definitely coming back!

Great spot for a family holiday at Sun Peaks

We appreciated the location, spaciousness (including the use of the garage to store ski gear as well as the use of our own hot tub. We also greatly appreciated staying where we could bring our small family dog. We look forward to staying here again.

Good skiing/Great location!

We downhill and xcountry and this was super convenient for both and just a short walk to Village. Nice easy level entry with lots of space to store our gear. We had an awesome time!

Amazing place!

Although we came here with the intention of doing a lot of outdoor activities but because of the smoke and air quality we enjoyed our time doing indoor activities, we loved that the place came in with things to do lots of board games to enjoy. We love the place! Really a relaxing time for us!

Perfect place for our stay, not quite ski-in ski-out.

This was a very nice condo, it has parking right at the unit which was really nice when packing and unpacking. The unit was very well equipped, nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. The check-in/out process was simple and seamless. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was that I feel it wasn't a true ski/in ski/out. As access to the lifts wasn't that easy, and involved a fair bit of walking.

This was a really nice condo and was very clean. The ski in/ski out location was great. It's a bit of a trek to the village where the restaurants are, so we ended up driving quite a bit, but was a very short drive. The other thing that was strange is that because we had a hot tub in our unit, someone would come in daily and let themselves into check the hot tub. While I appreciate the safety feature of this; there was no way to decline this service for a day. We were taking a nap one day and they let themselves in and woke us up. In a hotel, you can put a do not disturb sign up. It seems like they should have something like that for these units. I think the other call out is that there's no dining area and the coffee table has a big deocrative hole down the middle, so made it quite hard to play any of the games we brought. Would be nice if they had a portable table that could be set-up or an overlay over the coffee table that could be added. Overall though we had a great stay. The unit was nice and the people that we did interact with were very nice. Thank you!

Fabulous experience except there is no table to play games on other than the island. Nothing to complain about.
