SO AMAZING!

This place was perfect! My husband and I stayed for a week w/our 2 kids and it was just absolutely awesome. The location is perfect. It was a quite, safe neighborhood and not far from stores or entertainment. So relaxing.

Great property on short notice.

My family just relocated to Cape Coral. We were waiting to close on a home when our other rentel wouldn't allow us to extend. We found this home on VRBO and the property manager was responsive and got us into the property. Location was perfect for my family and the pool is amazing.

Awesome pool setup with outdoor tv

It was all around a very enjoyable stay at Villa Chesapeake. Property mgmt company could not be better - they were responsive and incredibly helpful installing the child gate around the pool. Fenced in yard and pool area was very relaxing! All around a wonderful experience.

Fantastic Private Backyard

We spent 2 months at Villa Chesapeake with 2 young children. The house is close to local amenities and beaches are a short drive away. Our favorite part of the home is the private backyard. It is fenced in, and the lanai is surrounded by mature palm trees. We spent countless hours playing in the pool and watching tv outdoors.

Disappointed....

We were very disappointed with this property for what was paid. The property was not clean. Things were broken and/or did not work properly upon arrival. It was not well equipped at all and had an insect problem. From the moment of arrival, it was unclear who our property manager contact was. We were given names of 4 different people for contacts and no code for entry. Too much of our vacation time was spent dealing with property managers and contractors because of issues and getting needed supplies because the home was so unequipped. There wasn’t even a garbage disposal. We left the property in better condition than when we arrived. I would not recommend this property and think it should come off the market until some improvements are made, especially at the price point.

Nice house

The inside of the house was clean the bedrooms was also nice with good beds 2 in one room the other 3 had one bed I loved the bathtub&shower in the master the house was well stocked the decor of the house was nicely set up it smelled fresh coming in the furniture was clean there was our own parking that was a plus the dishwasher was also there was a tv in everyroom plus one outside by the pool many games and wifi for entertainment but no cable we could sign in to Xfinity & Netflix though the master has sliding glass doors that lead to the pool so does the 2nd biggest room & kitchen I could see the kids from my room there was beach chairs and small coolers that was handy the washer and dryer was nice &with a full kitchen it's a nice home & neighborhood we enjoyed it The cons for the inside of the house are very few nothing major but i will give my honest review my first con is that the home is not as close to the beaches or stores as I expected &traffic was time consuming though only several miles away I expected the place to be bigger it was a bit smaller than I was expecting but still enough space for a small group One thing I really hated was the couch as far as comfort it was good but it's a sectional just sitting & watching TV the pieces of the couch slide &separate not a huge issue the carpet is very thin it was annoying to have to move it back together often there was also tiny ants in the master bedroom crawling up the wall and shower no matter what we did they came back on the master floor there was two of the largest roaches one was dead I will say that was the ONLY two roaches I seen

Great spot

My husband and I recently stayed for 1 week at this quaint house! Everything was great! Great area in Cape Coral! Only thing I would suggest is having some better lounging chairs, there was only 1 and it was broken. Otherwise the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, house and grounds very clean, very nice neighborhood. We normally stay in this area of Cape Coral as it's newer and very clean and close to shopping. Great job Roelens!!

the home and pictures were just as pictured and described.

While this trip was adults the home is also suitable for a family. Very nice layout and the pool was perfection.
