Dear Liz, Thank you very much for your comments. As a service oriented company, we understand there is always room for improvements and our guests’ experiences play a key role in this continuous process. We are sorry we did not completely fulfill your expectations, please note the home has rented for the past 2 years with great feedback and we feel that beds/mattresses are something that each individual experiences different. We were very surprised with the unfortunate review especially having received only 5 Star comments in the past. We do not understand the comment that the home is minimal decorated, especially with reviews in the past how comfortable and cozy the home presents itself. The home features a round dining table with add. chairs in the bedrooms, also there are several seating options on the counter. We do provide a welcome kit with cleaning supplies, to get guests started in the home. Also we are not sure if you understood the electric ALLOWANCE, you do have a specific amount of electric usage included in the weekly rent we did not charge anything most companies include a lot less for usage.
