Just to make the check-in more convenient for you, we will leave keys in a lock-box which is located off-site nearby the building premise in the CBD. The name on the lockbox and code will be given to guest on the day of arrival.

You will be able to check-in from 3pm and check-out is 10am.

NOTE: Darwin is notorious for red-eye flights, so do let us know what your flight arrangements are and we can recommend some suitable options to fit your needs.

We are located at the forefront of Darwin Esplanade; right along with the popular Mitchell Street with all of Darwin's popular food, drink, and entertainment venues conveniently close by. Walking distance to the impressive Darwin Entertainment Centre and the Darwin Waterfront Precinct surrounded by parks, boardwalks, a mighty Wave Pool, and Beach Lagoon that is perfect for both relaxing and adventurous holidays. Also, the Darwin Waterfront Precinct is home to the Darwin Convention Centre making this area convenient for hosting VIP guests and as a Corporate conference accommodation.

This apartment lies exclusively within a 4-Star Hotel complex offering an abundance of extra facilities, including an outdoor leisure pool, day spa, airport transfers, and even a bike hiring station. Everything is within walking distance or riding distance around the city. There are no trains or trams in Darwin city so for public transport catching the bus will be your best option - there are bus stops close by on the Street. Uber has started operating in Darwin since mid-2018.

NOTE: During busy periods there are various shuttle services that pick-up and drop-off patrons to scenic and popular locations. Also, Darwin has recently implemented a trial of 250 e-scooters that make it more convenient to get around the CBD.

IMPORTANT: It is important to understand for all our guests that this property is located within Mantra Esplanade Hotel. The Reception Desk and internal services are for Hotel Guests only. For any local tourist information please contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you. We work closely with tour operators and can offer competitive prices for your benefit. Pool and bike rentals are accessible for all residents.
ZEN GUEST HOUSE RULES
Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
- No parties or events
- No pets
- Pool Hours (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
- No Glass, No Alcohol & No Smoking of any description in the pool area
- No Lifeguard on Duty - Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a competent adult at all times.
- Respect these pool rules for your safety and the safety of others.
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- Please do not smoke inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with doors closed
- Bins are to be taken out of the apartment (located ground floor outside next to the pool)

IMPORTANT NOTE: security cameras are in use in the front entrances and common areas of the property, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $350-$500 can be requested prior to check-in. All our managed listings use an API-connected software that authorizes us to hold a refundable deposit.
