This is a bit older property but has been maintained. Great ocean views and easy access to the beach. The unit is nicely furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed the covered balcony and beach views. Free parking on premises. Overall a nice beach rental.

Lovely place, well kept up and appointed. Only 3 floors with 6 units on each floor which made it very private in an area of Jax Beach which can be chaotic. Plenty of parking and easy access to the beach. Will definitely book this for future visits!

The proximity to the beach was amazing and yes, you hear the beautiful surf sound from the balcony. Appreciated the beach towels. We had a few questions and even a repair needed but Sue and Bart were amazing and very responsive to our needs. A lovely property and beeach!

What an excellent place to stay on Jax Beach! The condo was absolutely beautiful, and the patio view of the beach was breathtaking. Communication with the hosts was super easy. I would highly recommend this condo for your upcoming beach vacation!

This is a lovely beachside residence. Everything was as described and the condo was very well appointed. Everything we could have need was there, a nice amount of towels, basic supplies such as soap and coffee, and all the dishes and utensils we would need. Communication was excellent! We would certainly stay here again.
