Waterfall offers both indoor and outdoor lounging areas. There are flat screen LCD TV's in the bedrooms and the living room. It was designed for easy living with two bedrooms having inside access and on the same level as the pool and spa. All 3 bedrooms are equal-sized with beautiful water views and ensuite baths. An entry ramp from the driveway simplifies access for those who find stairs difficult. A fully-equipped, air-conditioned office with whole-house WIFI is available for those who need to stay connected. A large, automatic 28 kilowatt generator keeps everything running smoothly when power outages occur.
