It’s all about golf course views, convenience to the lifts and comfort in this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom town house! Keep your cars tucked away during a winter storm in the 2 car private garage with Tesla charging station. There is a storage area in the garage for skis and snowboards along with boot/glove warmers. Relax after a great day on the hill in the living room that offers guests a gas fireplace, flat screen Smart TV with HD cable, Streaming, Blu-Ray player and sound system. Dine in with your friends and family in the fully equipped kitchen. Family and friends can enjoy meals at the large dining room table. The master bedroom has a King bed, cozy fireplace, flat screen Smart TV, spacious walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second and third bedrooms also have King beds and Smart flat screen TVs. The 4th bedroom has two bunks beds for a total of 4 twins. In the den adjoining the 4th bedroom you will find an additional Smart flat screen TV with Blu Ray player, X-Box system, games and puzzles for the kids. This townhouse has a new private Jacuzzi on the lower deck and a BBQ with outdoor eating area on the upper deck, with fire pit! Enjoy all the comforts of home with an in-unit washer/dryer, free wireless internet, and garage parking for 2 cars (garage clearance 7' 7"). The driveway can also accommodate 2 vehicles. This end unit home is adjacent to open forest land, convenient for children and pet play. It is a short walk to the Woods Site outdoor events venue hosting Art and Music festivals. The Mammoth Village is a 3-5 minute drive. The unit will allow one pet. Location and amenities

Property is stunning and is in the perfect location for privacy, along with beautiful views. The house has everything you can possibly need for a perfect stay. Will for sure return again.

Great Ski Weekend Rental

Great property, easily one of the nicest Mammoth rentals I've seen in this price range. Well stocked like a home the owners care about rather than a rental property with just enough of each thing to check a box. Very comfortable and nice, and super-convenient to Eagle lodge.

Loved our stay.....

Perfect, central to everything location in a lovely, quiet community. Nice kitchen with comfortable beds, furniture and a great jacuzzi. They only negatives were that the house was dark and patio furniture was dirty and patio itself was small and felt enclosed..... but overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Nice and clean place

Great place to stay for family getaway. Nice and clean with new kitchen, bathrooms, and good mattresses. Lowest level heater in the room with bunk beds was not working so it was cold for the kids. Common areas seemed smaller than picture but overall a good place to stay

Great place as described.

Great location and beautiful place. Our only complaint was one bed had dirty/hairy sheets. Another room had empty soda can with a piece of peperoni in it. Keruig machine does not work. I would stay again as I just expect the cleaning crew had a bay day.

Winter Wonderland

This property was listed exactly as pictured on the listing. Was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed all the amenities and was perfect for a small family plus my dog. Checking in/out of the property was very easy. Trash bin was close by for easy disposal. The property was conveniently located close to The Village and Canyon lodge and after a long day on slopes, it was nice to take a short trip back home to the hot tub. I would definitely come back to this listing in the future

Best vacation home in Mammoth

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 6 adults, 3 children ages 10, 6 and 5, and 1 service dog. The home was fabulous. Upon arrival you will find a completely loaded garage with everything you might need including 2 bicycles, an extra refrigerator for drinks and frozen food. The home has parking for 4 cars, but in reality you can get 1 car in the garage, and 2 on the outside driveway. Not an issue with parking. The lower level/garage level has the 4 bunk beds, TV room, a bathroom, washer/dryer, and hot tub on the lower patio. The second floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, gas fireplace, outside patio with a gas BBQ and gas fire pit. Again, everything you might need is included. The third floor has the master bedroom, master bathroom, gas fireplace, and large closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans which help with air movement since AC is not available. We were there in mid-July and not a problem. We also brought up several tall oscillating fans to keep the air flowing. In the evening it cools down so not an issue. The property was very clean and well maintained. Everything worked and we had no issues with any appliances or equipment. The area is very quiet and well suited for a very nice family vacation. We even had two deer that were feeding on the bushes near the house every morning and evening. While the golf course is adjacent to the property, there was no noise or bother with golfers. Overall, I would give this home a 10 out of 10. We plan to come back again next year.

Everything was Great with the Exception of…

Very nicely maintained and equipped condo that easily sleeps 10 (in beds). Kitchen has upscale appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Technology (TVs, streaming services, wifi, etc) all worked well and was was great to have. Location is an end unit which was also very nice. My only issues was the spa had some shattered glass in it (looks like one of the patio’s glass panels may have shattered at some time due to the weight of the pressing snow) which made it impossible to use. Other than that, we had a great time.

Christmas stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed almost a week. Close to ski lifts and main parts of town but off highway a little so no road noise. Place was very clean and stocked. Had flashlights everywhere and even poop bags for dogs if you didn't bring your own. Only issue just thought of is 1st and 2nd floor bathroom doors locks don't work. If locked from inside push 1 way on outside handle its locked but push the other way it opens from outside. Other than that great stay. If you're looking for a breakfast place go to The Stove. Would stay here again.

This home is so lovely and a fabulous location. But does have some issues.

The home has many deferred maintenance issues. Electrical outlets that don’t work, shower door in master bath does not close. Screen to deck comes of track constantly. The housekeeping was horrible and we had to ask them to return the morning after we arrived. Floors were filthy and carpet full of dog hair. And we love dogs!! Sofa was so dirty we had to use towels to sit on to feel comfortable. Just wondering if the owners know how poor their home is being taken care of. Sad because the home is beautiful and location is perfect.

Good property and good location!

So we recently stayed at this property during the 2023 MLK weekend. As you know there was record snowfall in Mammoth so this made things a bit challenging for us. When we first arrived at the property the driveway was packed full of snow, so we tried to open the garage with the opener but the door wouldn't budge so we had to dig our way to the front door, dig out the garage and driveway a bit before we could fit one car into the garage. Please note the garage is sufficient for regular sized vehicles but could barely fit my minivan and my friends Escalade and Lexus SUV would not fit at all. In addition the driveway was so packed with snow that we couldn't fit both cars in the drive way until the next day when we dug it out some more. Now why am I bringing up the amount of shoveling we did? Because apparently the community we stayed at DID have mammoth services that could plough the driveway but we didn't know this was an option so felt like we wasted a lot of time shoveling when the driveway could've been ploughed for us prior to arrival. Outside of that the property was great for the 11 of us with enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was big and well stocked and the dining area had plenty of seats. The only other downside was that one of the lamps had a busted bulb and one room had no electricity in the plugs, we had to flip the switch to get it working, and there was a dirty used towel under the cabinet in one of the bathrooms. Were these issues deal breakers? No like I said the property was big, close to the lifts and we all had a good time, outside of the shoveling! I had reached out to management a few times via email, in retrospect I should have called, but Maria always wrote back to me in a timely manner and did send maintenance staff out to fix the light bulbs. So communication was on point. All in all I would definitely recommend this property just a heads up if there is record snowfall and you have to deal with snow email or call the management ahead of time to have them get the plough guys to clear the road and driveway to you rental unit! Will save you a lot of time and hassle! Oh one last thing when you check out you have to dump the trash in a community bin, however guess what? With record snowfall the door to the trash bin area was buried in snow and I had to dig my way to the door to throw away trash, again this should not be on the renter to do this but just a heads up as well. Thanks
