Amazing Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo Breckenridge Peak 8

Modern, spacious and extremely convenient and clean condo off of “4 O’clock” road and ski run! Excellent kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware. Quiet, comfortable and clean living spaces and bedrooms. Garage parking for 2 vehicles and very accessible location to skiing and downtown. Very easy to work with Miguel and timely communication.

Great Family Stay

We had a great family vacation at this property. It was located right on the slopes and a short ski down to the snowflake lift. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need to cook your meals. Covered parking is a bonus for the snowy days.

Family Ski Haven

Best communication with property management we have ever had. Miguel from 5 Star Property Management was knowledgeable and promptly answered any questions we had throughout the stay. The condo was super clean. Layout very comfortable. King bed, queen bed, twin daybed and pullout couch were all comfortable, too. Bedding was excellent. We enjoyed lounging on the cozy couches after a day of skiing. Fireplace puts out great heat. It was a treat to sit on the hearth and get warmed back up. Kitchen is well equipped. Location: true ski in/out. The patio leads to a few steps and out onto the 4 O’clock ski run, a short distance to the Snowflake lift. We rented gear from Christie Sports next to the lift. Snow Amenities: There are snow shovels along the patio if needed. There is also a bucket of ice melt on the main staircase from the garage. We used those to clear some icy spots on the patio steps. To town: a 3 minute drive gets you to Main Street.Mobility: the listing notes that there are stairs. From the garage, you have two flights of 8 steps then a set of 4 to get to the front door. ** If one stopped at the surface parking area ( before entering garage) guests would only have to navigate 4 steps. Parking: We never had trouble finding a spot. The garage is a tight space. Could be tricky with longer/larger trucks. We hope to stay here again.

Absolutely loved the home. Parking was easy, never without a spot in the garage. Well equipped, had everything we needed for a two night stay. Walk to Main Street is easy, but the walk back is all uphill, so we chose to drive to dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a very comfortable property. My only critique is that the hot tub wasn’t open, the neighbors upstairs are really loud. Also we weren’t given all the details of the check in process so that was confusing. The back porch was off limits due to construction. Other than that the place was lovely

The property was clean, kitchen very well equipped and communication with owner and property manager top notch. We brought 2 grandkids 6 and 9 for some fun in the mountains and to escape Nebraska heat for few days Summit county has lots to do in the summer and is a great vacation location

Nice place to stay

When we arrived at the condo, it looked like a good place to stay. The parking was good and undercover in a parking garage. There were plenty of places to park and garage was clean. We went to the condo to check it out. When we walked in, we were pleased with the condo. We are very particular on cleanliness and at first sight it looked clean. We are big at wiping out the dressers and all the drawers we are going to use before I put things away for the stay. The drawers were clean, the bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was clean as well as the appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The biggest downfall for me was the tile floors were not very clean. I brought rags to clean with because we are people that do that. I threw the rags away due to the floors being dirty dirty. There was some stuff on the carpet but nothing that I could not pick up. I did wish there was a vacuum so that I could have vacuumed and a broom so that I could sweep but overall, they were definitely not deal breakers. I just didn't walk around barefooted. There were some long black hairs in the sinks and the tub but we were able to wash those out as well. The bed was very comfortable! The washer and dryer were clean. If you planned on walking to town, be prepared for a walk back. It is all up hill and I believe it is at least about a mile from the main street. The walk down is easy. There is a grill there, but we did not use it and there was a patio coffee table and not sure whose chair we used. They may have belonged to this condo, but we got borrowed them from the condo next to this one. The owner is very receptive and communicated very well with us. I would definitely stay here again other than I would ask for something to clean the floors because that is what I like. We do bring things to touch up if we are not 100% but not all places will be to everyone expectations all the time.

Clean and well appointed

The property was exactly as described and very well appointed for our stay. All kitchen supplies and bath necessities were on hand. The outdoor patio was a favorite spot for a happy hour to watch skiers heading down the 4 o'clock run to town. Beds were comfortable and extra linens and hot tub towels were available. I am definitely keeping this one in my favorites list for our next visit.

Spot on location!

Easy ski down to Snowflake and even easier to see to the back door. The location is also perfect for a walk to town. Condo has everything you need and the garage was nice to park in. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and wonderful for families!

this property was beautiful and was so convenient to the snowflake lift. The keypad on the front door didnt work(for property manager to note) but we enjoyed our stay here very much!!! We utilized the hot tub, fireplace and ski/in and out every day of our stay. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!!

It was conveniently located. Not bright inside and beds were way to soft. But we had a good time. I texted the night we checked out to say my wife left 2 nightgowns on the bathroom door. I was told they would be sent to us...its been 11 days, no nightgowns yet.

Great Ski/Ride In/Out Condo

This condo was perfect for our family. The 4 o’clock run is right off the back deck making is extremely easy to access peaks 7, 8, and 9 and pop back in for lunch or a drink. The condo itself is very well stocked with basic cooking, laundry, and cleaning supplies. Property management was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and family friendly

The condo is ideally located right on the 4 O'Clock run. Easy to ski in and out. Well-stocked property with every kitchen amenity you might need. The property manager was very responsive when we accidentally locked away some of our belongings. Thanks for a great stay!

Cozy & Great Location

This unit was very cozy as the title says. Check-in was a breeze, and the Evolve team was extremely friendly and professional. The unit was spotless when we arrived. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen space is large, and the overall impression was one of comfort and convenience, which is exactly what we look for. Tyra Summit is of course amazingly located on 4 O Clock run as a ski in/ski out property. This unit is first floor, mere steps from the trail. Ski out in the morning to the Snowflake Lift, ski in for a quick lunch, and ski right back out. We would definitely book again through Evolve and would definitely book this unit again.
