We loved the view of the gardens & beach, which is only a few steps away. The gardens are all beautifully looked after.The neighbouring gardens are all very well kept too.The Anchorage Resort was a few minutes away; we loved visiting the cafe on the marina for breakfast, lunch & Happy Hour!It was hard to pack up & leave!

Reviewer Comments: We recently had a significant birthday celebration with the extended family at memories on the Beachfront. The house was perfect for a multi-generational group with many bedrooms all separated from each other. Everything we needed was supplied. The position of the home is perfect with the sand a few steps away, nice swimming area for little ones and a playground nearby. The views were stunning as we watched dolphins in front of us. The mariner is a couple of minutes walk and a gorgeous place to wander.

This property was very nice and spacious for a large family. The appliances are of good quality and all work well.Beautiful view of the beach and direct access to it.The only minor whinge I had was that it did not have a hair dryer but besides that highly recommended.

Anzac Long Weekend

Clean, comfortable and convenient. The property was perfect in all areas and made our stay in Port Stephens very enjoyable. The location, near the Anchorage resort and marina, was excellent as was the access to the beach and wonderful gardens on the waterfront.

Perfect Family Getaway

Lovely Spot

Great location and nice neat and tidy house that was well set up for two families. Michelle was very easy to deal with and assisted with some extras we asked for without issue.
