Massive, gorgeous 6 bedroom gulf front house. Pet Friendly! - High Tide

High Tide is an expansive 6-bedroom beach house right on the Gulf of Mexico. The home is maintained in a pristine condition and enjoys modern touches throughout, with beautiful lighting, a large open floor plan, and stunning views of the gulf from the living room and large gulf deck. The home is well furnished with plenty of seating, a large kitchen with an island, TVs in every bedroom, and 2 gulf side king suites! Six bedrooms and FOUR bathrooms make it easy for multiple families to relax and settle in for an extended beach vacation. The house is pet friendly with a $100 pet fee.

House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet friendly with prior permission. Only dogs. $100 per dog per stay pet fee.
10. Home Owner Insurance prohibits the use of cargo lifts by guests.

Wonderful vacation home for a large family with two babies! No stairs to maneuver at bedtime – everything is on one level. There are outside steps to go down to the beach, but a retractable gate is on the deck to keep little ones safe. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, bowls, and even a crockpot – provided everything we needed for a wonderful vacation at the beach… also quiet and non-commercial – would have been more convenient to have some sort of grocery store. But there is a small market on the island – all of our big purchases, had to be done in Mobile and then transported to the house, which is quite remote. Would recommend and will probably book again!

This beach house was exactly as stated. Plenty of room for our 10 family members. Each bedroom had plenty of room, and decorated up nicely. The beach front was amazing, beautiful white sand all the out as far as we could walk. We fished from the shore too! We had an amazing time, thank you!

Great location

This is an amazing location. If you can manage to get out of those super comfortable beds early enouph, you can see the dolphins swim by pretty close to shore. House has a brand new AC, so you can be comfortable inside on those really hot days. Would definitely rent this house again.

This place was right on the beach. The whole family had a great time. We didn't want to leave. The only thing I could say needs improved is the dishwasher and washer needs a deep clean.

Truly beach front- great stay!

Our family had an amazing time at this house! The beach access can’t be beat and the management company was always quick to reply. Stocked with all the basics in the kitchen. My only recommendation, which has nothing to do with the house, is to get your groceries before getting on the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location.

We had a great family stay here. 8 adults and 4 children under age 4. The house is right on the beach, I mean the location couldn’t be better. There was plenty of room for all of us. We didn’t feel crowded at all. The back porch is huge and we spent every evening sitting outside. This was our first trip to Dauphin Island and we loved it!

Beautiful spacious beach house

We were a large extended family staying in the house for a week. The house has a great layout and tasteful decor. It is right on the beach oceanfront with a beautiful view of the gulf. You can’t go wrong renting this property for a relaxed beach vacation with a large family. The management was very responsive to all questions and issues during our stay. The entire family enjoyed the beach house and love Dauphin Island.

Winter getaway

The location of this property is amazing. You can’t get closer to the water without going for a swim! We stayed for over a week - our family of 5 and another family of 4, four adults and five kiddos. House is so spacious we had bedrooms to spare. The views are incredible. Thousands of stars, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. We went during low season so the beach was all but deserted. There wasn’t much to do, but that was ok with us. All that white sand was a lovely change of scenery from winter snow!

Family of 11

Ranging in ages from 72 years to 11 months, it was the perfect size to have everyone together in one space for movies, games, meals, etc but also give everyone space when needed. •Very clean. Very well decorated with different themes in each bedroom & bathroom [although we did have to relocate some very cute trinkets away from little fingers]. •Deck could use a little attention such as hammering down nails, nothing major. Outdoor shower location was probably the biggest negative; some still used it anyway, and some opted for the hose on the deck instead. •This is our 4th extended family vacation, and they have all been at different locations. Dauphin Island is the perfect blend of spacious yet having plenty of options for outings. We have experienced both too loud and too isolated so it was perfect. •We wish we had found it sooner and wish we could stay again, but we will need a bigger house next time with the family steadily growing in numbers & ages. •We did have to reach out to the property manager on a couple of occasions and received a prompt response. •5+ stars across the board!!

This home is a nice place but very ill equipped in kitchen, ice maker was broken , shower and two bathtub drains had hair blocking them(gross unclean) toilet plunger was full of water and ???, Extra Linens were soiled had to wash them before we could use them trash from beach all piled up under the house (broken canopy , floats ) We handled all these problems on our own but this home was NOT cleaned for new guests

Beautiful house right on the water. Incredible beachfront property with awesome sunset view from the porch every evening. Very well stocked kitchenware. Very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Would highly recommend for several couples or a large family.
