Real nice

This is a cozy bungalow with nicely updated interior. It is only about a block off of busy Tamiami but you would not know it. It is very quiet and comfortable. It has a small but peaceful back deck. The neighborhood looks inviting though we did not have time to hang out. This is quick access to Siesta Key. Recommend without reservation.

I stayed here with my daughters and their friends, ages 16-20. There was just enough space for us to be cozy, it was affordable, and close enough to the beach for us. We also loved having Trader Joes close to us.

Awesome Bright Bungalow

Wonderful experience with the Bright Sarasota Bungalow. Very clean, great checking process, communication with host Katia was an ease and she was very responsive, centrally located to the beaches, great dining, grocery store, everything we needed. We’d recommend this cottage to everyone.

Great Location and Price

This was a great little 2 bed 2 bath house. Locationally speaking it was great to be about 15 mins away from the beach. Walt's Fish Market is within walking distance which is a must go. Publix is close as well. Siesta Key beaches white sand doesn't get hot on your feet which is something worth checking out as well. Only reason for 4/5 stars is because bed numbers in pictures differed upon arrival. This has since been updated according to host. I would recommend this place to anyone looking.

Nice property

Very nice property with modern furnishings, beautiful master bathroom. Very clean. Not extremely near the beach, but we were there to visit nearby family and this property was close to their residence. We will rent it again.

Vacation Paradise

This was our first time in Florida. We loved this house. It’s in the perfect location to visit downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lido Key, St Armand’s Circle, Bradenton, and Venice Beach. Very comfortable, lovely home in the heart of it all. We used the beach chairs and towels. They were so helpful to have. Highly recommend this home!

Total Comfort in Convenient Location

This property was scrupulously clean, except for some moldy cushions on the back deck. Very comfortable and well appointed. Scrupulously clean which is always much appreciated. Follow the guidebook instructions for the shortcut And around busy road traffic. Even though there's a busy road fairly close by, there is no noise at the property. There is a renter in a studio building in the backyard. We were surprised by this, as I don't think it was noted in the listing, but there was no problem or noise with the tenant being there. We would stay here again.

Family Getaway

My husband and I took our youngest son and 2 grandchildren for a Labor Day weekend getaway. The house was PERECT for the 5 of us. Centrally located for quick access to beach, stores & restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. Would not hesitate to book again!

Great Choice!

Everything about this property was as advertised. It was clean, fresh and well apportioned. We lacked for nothing. The location gives you quick access to tons of things to do. The check in process was a breeze and the property manager was quickly available by text. We may make this a regular get away place.
