Lovely ❤ Cottage near the Beach & Downtown SRQ.

Best thing about this home is LOCATION. Very central to everything Sarasota. This home has its own private entrance, outside barbecue, washer/dryer, two large flat screens, and fully stocked kitchen. Comfy beds, wonderfully decorated, very kid-friendly furniture, NO Glass. Tons of Eateries, Grocery Stores, a CineBistro Movie Theater, LA Fitness and things to do all within walking distance. Be Downtown or at Siesta Beach in about 10 minutes!

Directly behind Bonefish Grill. Walgreens, Trader Joe’s, Lucky’s , Publix, Sonny’s barbecue, Chili’s, Barnes and Nobles, Chicken Kitchen, Rico’s pizzeria (best pizza in town!) Connors Steakhouse, Fleming’s Steakhouse, Too Jays, Macy’s, LA Fitness, Cinebistro Movies, Walt’s Fish Market, Best Buy, JPan Japanese, and many other cool places ALL within walking distance. No car needed here. UBER under $10 to get to beach or downtown.

PLEASE flush ONLY toilet paper down the toilet.
Trash pick-up day is every Wednesday morning of each week, unless interrupted by a Holiday (next day)
Garbage Can & Recycle bins are located along the side of the house: Red for papers, Blue for Plastics, Glass and Cans.
We encourage our guests to do their best to sort the trash & recycle where possible.

Great location

Enjoyed the location. It was unfortunate the common wall allowed me to hear the other guests talking, laughing and snoring. Had to wear ear plugs. Otherwise, the property was as advertised.

The place was as advertised. Clean, and had all utensils we needed. Also, the brand new grill was a nice touch. Great location too.

Quiet Getaway

Perfect for our Florida stay

This was my first time utilizing the VRBO app. I was apprehensive, however the owners of this property made the process incredibly easy. Beautiful house that was perfect for our Florida stay. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Clean and cute

The place was clean and cute. My only issue was the grill was broken. We couldn’t get it lit. We love to grill so this was disappointing.

The only complaint I would have would be that there were only four parking spots. One spot is all I needed. And every time I left and came back, there would be trash cans, parked right in my parking spot so when I would come, I would have to get out of my car and move the trash cans just to be able to pull in. This happened on multiple occasions. Someone kept putting those garbage cans in the spot so that I could not park. And for most of the time, all four parking spots were taking when I arrived again. I would have to get out of my car just to move the trash cans over so I could park.

Cute and cozy

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great and the home was very clean and cozy ! We were however surprised to see upon arrival it was a duplex style… not sure what they call that in Florida. Luckily we didn’t have neighboring guests until our last night. We were looking for something a little more private because we had two screaming girls 1 and 2 years old that don’t know how to use inside voices yet... Overall it was a very nice home and had all the amenities. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making our first family vacation memorable !

Close to everything!

Mark was an amazing host! He provided a great book full of suggestions for restaurants, attractions, about beaches and shopping areas This cozy VRBO offered a comfortable living space, a quiet neighborhood that was so close to everything Sarasota, Siesta Key, Venice and so many beaches.

Absolutely fantastic

Our stay i Sarasota was wonderful. The space was immaculate and we had no difficulty accessing our place. The instructions were clear and communicating with owners was easy and they were very responsive to our questions. The place was near to where I was swimming and also near to restaurants and shopping The bed was so comfortable. There was no noise in the neighborhood. Highly recommended and we will certainly try to stay there on our next trip to Sarasota

Perfection!

Amazing from start to finish. Excellent property with every amenity needed! One grocery stop after landing and our vacation began. Less packing needed because of the washer/dryer. Less meals out due to full kitchen. All of the comforts of home!

Cozy cottage

This apartment was as described, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable which is so important. We loved the washer and dryer convenience and the central air was always cool. We were so close to everything. NThe apartment is centrally located to Siesta Key beach and downtown Sarasota. Everything was within 10-15 minutes away. The trees outside provide some shade on the patio which was comfortable later in the afternoon after a day at the beach. You can rent umbrella’s and chairs at Siesta Key after 9:30am. Some restaurants that are a must, Owens Fish Camp has a fantastic menu, super casual Casa Mesa for the best soft tacos anywhere. The best Italian food we found to be Bevardis Salute in downtown Sarasota order the fried calamari appetizer and lasagna entree. If you love going to the gym while you are vacationing EOS fitness is 5 minutes away. We absolutely love Sarasota!

Very clean. A second bathroom would have been nice.Toilet should be a handle and not a push down.A few more dishes of various sizes would be n/ice, but overall it was a great place to stay. Very nice location
