Downtown 8th St. Townhouse – 1 Block to Beach & Boardwalk! Spacious 3BR/3BA townhouse with occupancy for 10, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, Thrasher Fries, bars, and more. Features a full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 3 HDTVs with cable & HBO, 2 DVDs, free Wi-Fi, central A/C, and covered parking for 2 cars. Sleeping arrangements: King, 2 Queens (one is a sofa bed), Pyramid bunk (Full/Twin) with pull-out trundle. Includes Keurig, hair dryers, bedspreads, fans/mirrors in bedrooms, fire sprinklers, vacuum, keyless entry, porch with patio set, outside shower, and a work station. Non-smoking, no pets. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

The unit was wonderful, great location, parking and plenty of amenities. Resort rentals was wonderful to deal with and even called and texted to let us know the unit was ready
