Great view and location

The condo was exactly as pictured! It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The back deck was wonderful and the location was perfect. Just a short walk over the dune access to the beach. If you’re bringing your own linens, remember hand towels and kitchen towels.

Our family of 5 enjoyed the convenient location. The deck is a great size to hang out and take in the beautiful ocean view. The condo is decorated very nicely with a beachy feel. Thank you for a great week in OC!

Off Season R&R

The place was great! Quiet and private since it was off season. I only wish there were instructions on how to operate the TV. I could only figure out how to watch CNBC. But we were not inside much since the weather was perfect!

Great getaway

We stayed here for two nights as part of an old friend reunion. The place is lovely, right on the beach. The key lock box was a bit finicky, but eventually worked ok. You will have everything you need except bath towels, beach towels and linen. The linen service is great, if a bit pricey, but if you use it you may not need all the linens (for instance, since we were only there two nights, we didn’t need two bath mats, or two bath towels each). Highly recommend this beautiful beachfront property. Just be aware of the linen/towel situation.

Great location and stunning view!

This condo was a great fit for my family of 4 (kids ages 8 and 9), and my parents. My dad doesn’t walk super well, but did just fine with the stairs. If anything, he managed to have spectacular views of the ocean without having to walk to it!! The porch was huge and held all our beach stuff. We had meals out there often, but inside was quite roomy for the 6 of us. We appreciated having three bedrooms. Only downside is we thought the bedrooms would have a television, as we recalled seeing this somewhere, and it didn’t it. But it is by no means a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful and clean, and a gem in Ocean City!

Lovely beachfront property!

We loved our stay! A refreshing change from the high rises of ocean city, this beachside unit was the perfect location. At the top of a three story condo building, the unit had a perfect view of the ocean. It’s modern and updated inside with a kitchen fully stocked with dishes and equipment. The bedrooms are small but livable and the beds comfy. We pushed two twins together to make a king, which worked well for us. Great to have two parking spots included. One tip: along with bringing your own sheets and towels (as directed by the host), make sure to bring and towels for the bathroom and kitchen and some paper towels if you plan to cook. The only other thing that would have made check in/out a little smoother is to have a lock box to leave the keys. No big deal, but you have to mail the keys back to the host upon return. Overall, We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful View and BYOLinens

The home had a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Atlantic and easy access to a pristine beach. Unfortunately, we missed some crucial information prior to our arrival. The online listing was vague and we never received the welcome email with details about the property, so it was a massive surprise to fly in for a weekend stay with absolutely no linens. We were grateful that David, the homeowner, was quick to respond and Earl and Rita - both lovely help - provided us with complimentary linens. Several of the little extras, like shampoo, detergent and dishwasher soap, which have been supplied at prior rentals, were also not included. I would recommend this rental to other families with the caveat ... bring EVERYTHING for your stay.

Wonderful 4th!

Amazing Stay !!

This property was clean and well appointed. We loved the decor and learned from the owners Aunt that it was all done by the owners and not a professional. Great taste! Everything worked and was in great condition. We stayed for the 3 night while enjoying Ocean Calling to see Jelly Roll and the other bands. It was super nice to be away from it all when we wanted. The only problem we had was when we arrived we could not get the lock box open and had to watch a youtube video. Once we figured it out it was easy as pie. The steps are a lot but the view was worth it. Thank you again for sharing your piece of heaven with us !

Great location-possible miscommunication?

Upon arrival -we arrived earlier than expected (about 3pm) and reached out to the host and he was graciously generous in letting us check in prior to check in time if the cleaner was done. We did not see a cleaner at this time so we went ahead and went in. The condo itself is in a beautiful location and I love that you can walk right to the beach. Now on to the actual condo, it was hard to tell if the cleaner had been there or not as the trash cans were emptied but there was no toilet paper or hand/bath towels available. We did bring beach towels,sheets and pillow cases as I know linens weren’t included but I thought at least toilet paper and bath towels would be?? I sent a message to the host asking about this but did not get a reply. We ended up using our beach towels for showers and luckily someone in our party had a pack of baby wipes that saved our butts (literally).I’m hoping this was just some sort of misunderstanding but would e loved there to be more Clarification if toilet paper and bath towels/hand towels were not included..the 1/2 bath toilet also did not flush. I did not make host aware as I still hadn’t heard back about the toilet paper. I would have loved, to love this place but unfortunately am really disappointed.

Great for families, beautiful beach

My family of six stayed in this rental for a week. The location is lovely, right on the beach with direct access. The beach itself was very family friendly, not overly crowded, and had good waves for the kids. The place was clean. It is a bit tight, with limited storage, but we made it work. Also, it's within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping which was a bonus. The only downside was no pool on site, but I'm willing to sacrifice on that for the better beach location away from the massive hotels. We would definitely stay here again.
