Spacious and immaculate, this 1st-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo accommodates up to 8 guests and is just 50 steps from the beach and outdoor pool. The condo features a full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Enjoy central A/C, free WiFi, cable TV, three flat-screen TVs, three DVD players, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The building offers parking for two cars, an outdoor pool with a kiddie pool, and an outside shower. Centrally located, you’ll be close to restaurants, nightlife, and amusements. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. The owner rents to groups only for the weeks of 5/30 and 6/6 with a $1,000 security deposit; all other weeks are family-only rentals with a $300 security deposit. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

Great location, convenient parking, pool open 10-10, management answered our call very timely, I’m glad we were on the 1st floor because of all the steps! Kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, good AC unit! Will consider staying here again.

Perfect vacation

The place was amazing. We brought extra things from home such as sheets, towels, seasonings etc. We didn’t need any of It. They had everything covered from beach toys, towels, pots pans, games, dvds, and so much more. Will definitely book again.

Nice ocean family condo

In general this condo had everything we needed, 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, cookware, etc. There are also puzzles and games in the closet with a plethora of pillows. It was close to the beach and across the street from a Fractured Prune. It wasn't the cleanest (sand and dirt in the books and crannies) when we first got there but there are plenty of supplies to clean with. The biggest concern was the street noise and light as it is a first floor condo and right by the main road. Really only a problem in the weekends when the traffic was high. Great place to stay in OCMD
