Very large, comfortable home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home; worked great for our family. We enjoyed the space, hot tub, and huge deck. The kitchen was well stocked but needs new pans. The house was clean in general but there are some things that need attention.

We had a great time at the residence! It was clean with beautiful views! Beautiful home and instructions were clear. I would recommend for the owners to shovel and salt the driveway, we had a difficult time coming in and out.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was as pictured, was 10min away from downtown, had great views, great wrap around deck with a clean hot tub and offered enough space for 6 adults and four little kids. The only 2 minor things we had an “issue” with was 1. that the kitchen cabinets were covered in grime when touched and you could see it without sunlight and then you could see it everywhere in the sunlight. There were also no kitchen wash cloths and no dish washer detergent. 2. The beds and dressers needed vacuumed under… as I was packing and checking for dropped items, I noticed some trash underneath each bed and dresser in all rooms. Everything else was great! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this house!

Great accommodations. A bit off the Breckinridge beating path. But would recommend- just a little.

Overall a nice place for family - friends or retreat.

Beautiful property

We stayed here with five couples for a college friends reunion and it was an amazing property. Great location and a beautiful house with all necessary luxury amenities.

Family Long Weekend Getaway

Perfect Breckenridge Stay

The house provided a comfortable, relaxing, and very enjoyable family and friend weekend in Breckenridge. The perfect amenities and space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked for group dinners, space was great for spending time together, and hot tub views were so relaxing. So pleased with our stay!

50th Birthday Destination Getaway

The property shows as listed and more. It’s perfectly located, surrounded by the most gorgeous scenic views. Widely able to accommodating 4 couples, each with individual lodging area. My stay was exceptional.

Wonderful Mountain Home

This house had plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of bedrooms for our group of 8 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill was appreciated. The wrap around porch and hot tub had fantastic views of the mountains! We loved the privacy here and hope to stay again!

Wonderful Home and Conviniently Located in Breckenridge

We had a wonderful experience staying at this spacious home. The house was beautifully placed in the mountains of Breckenridge and easily accessible to the main road. The pictures do not lie, this house is spacious and magnificently maintained.

Nice for our family and the grands!

Nice deck and view with grill and hot tub. Great room and kitchen flowed well to bedrooms and bathrooms. Even laundry facilities!

Family ski get away

Lovely property. Easy access to Breck and Vail. Property management company was wonderful to work with. Plenty of pots/pans/cooking needs as well as utensils, towels, trash bags etc.

Couples Retreat

This property was perfect for our couples retreat. It was located close to town and very beautiful. The home was well stocked and there was plenty of space for 8 adults. We had a leak in the bathroom and it was easy to communicate with the team and they came out to fix it immediately! I would definitely recommend this property!

Loved our stay

We absolutely loved our stay at the Big Blue Trace! The house was incredibly spacious and allowed for our family to spend some quality time together! Similar to the note on the property description - make sure you have an AWD! The house is off of a windy uphill road and with the snowy conditions, it is an absolutely must to have an AWD.
