Genuinely stunning custom home overlooking the Breckenridge ski slopes with vast views of the ten-mile range! You are only yards away from the free town shuttle and a quick 10-minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge and the slopes. Just far enough to be out of the congestion of town but close enough to achieve the Breckenridge ski town feel.

Relax in the hot tub after a full day of mountain activity or fire up the grill as you sit back and enjoy views from the deck. The open floor plan makes gathering with friends and family effortless and memorable.

The entire home has been tastefully furnished and appointed! Attention has been given to every detail in this gorgeous house. If you want to get the true mountain feel with a luxurious touch this is your home. There will be no mistake that you are on vacation when you stay here, this property is a true gem.

-Summit County has very strict parking, occupancy and quiet hour rules. You will be asked to leave, fined, and lose your deposit if rules aren't followed. A sheriff has the ability to walk up to the door and ticket you.
-Parking- 4 cars max. Street parking is prohibited at all times.
-Occupancy Max- 12 people (children and infants included) at any time (day or night).
-Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
-Just 10 minutes by car to town & about 20 minutes (depending on where you go) by shuttle.
-120 yards to the FREE SHUTTLE stop at the end of your cul de sac. *times can change *You DON'T have to pay Breckenridge local sales tax (only Colorado tax).
-Once you book, we will send you a detailed information PDF with personal recommendations as well as basic information.
-Must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
-Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the premises for your safety. They do not record conversations.
-You will be responsible for a 4% credit card fee if you cancel prior to 60 days in advance.

Best host and house

The host went above and beyond to make our group of 8 feel at home and welcomed. From the moment we booked this house for our stay all the way to the time we checked out of the house, the host was always responsive and respectful. The house literally looks like a staged model home. I saw the pictures and instantly thought no way this house is real, got to the house in person and it was hands down the most gorgeous house I’ve walked into and stayed in. The house was super clean, smelled good, stocked with so many toiletries and kitchenware. The host definitely thought of the guest and put them first before anything. I would highly recommend staying at this house or any of the other properties she has listed. Thank you again for everything, allowing our group to stay at your house and lastly, thank you for your wonderful hospitality and service.

Thank you so much for a fantastic stay.

This was a great place for a weekend away with friends. The hot tub was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen and living space was great for everyone to hang out in. This place is close to the shuttle into town. It was so easy to get on and get to town without needing to drive. The best part is the view of the mountains from the third floor balcony. We loved the place and appreciate the communication leading up to and during our stay. Everything was wonderful.

This was a wonderful property meticulously maintained and prepared by the property management team. The house was beautifully appointed, had literally everything we could have possibly needed, and was such a joy to stay in for our extended family vacation. My kids (ages 6,6 and 12) loved the home and we will be back next summer to stay again.

Sarah and her crew did an excellent job with this home. It was spacious for our party of 9, very clean, stocked kitchen appliances, and terrific views! Our kids (age ranging 9-18) loved the game room and hot tub while the adults loved the open floor plan on the main level. The table was large enough for us to sit around for mealtime and spacious enough for card games. Sarah was a great host and tended to our questions almost immediately. We will be back!

Absolutely Gorgeous View!

My friends and I had such a great time during our stay! Communication was awesome throughout the entire stay. The house was super clean. We truly appreciated the small touches that were included (body wash, lotion, etc).

Big Slice of Heaven in Breckenridge.

Our family just adored this place. We travel a lot and have been to some incredible places, this one was by far the BEST. My husband, a man of very few words, kept walking around telling me how fantastic he thought the place was. Our extended family and little grandchildren had the best time playing games, doing puzzles, playing in the snow and swimming in the hot tub. The kitchen is a dream and outfitted better than my own. I have every Williams Sonoma gadget available. The host provided all that and in duplicate. What an awesome place! Enjoy the view—it’s heavenly

Family Spring Break Trip

A nice large home for our party of 12. Three levels to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We did not use the ski shuttle but instead drove to parking lot in Breckenridge with the gondola. This home is not real close to town but that was not our requirement. Would stay again in the future if large home was required.

We had a great time in Breckenridge!. This house did not disappoint. We had a large group and fit us all comfortable. Beautiful views. Great kitchen which we put to good use. Fully stocked to cook. Amazing views and location

We had such a wonderful stay! The house itself was amazing very well kept with everything we needed. Views spectacular. Very close to the free bus to get access to in town/ski. Amazing Time

We had an amazing time at this house! Communication with the host was fantastic—she’s always available, proactive, and attentive to every detail. The house itself is beautiful, with a well-equipped kitchen and spotless cleanliness throughout. It’s absolutely perfect for large groups skiing together. The views are stunning, and the location is super convenient. We drove to Peak 9 daily, which was only about an 8-minute drive, but there are a bus stop near to the house, and there were plenty of great restaurants within the same distance. The house offers plenty of comfort and space for both kids and adults. Even with 12 people, we had no issues with hot water, kitchen supplies, towels, or bedding. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Views!

Great house with a beautiful view! Plenty of space for three families (2 children per family). Nice little game room with pool table and shuffleboard. Great kitchen with quality utensils and appliances. The host was super proactive and responsive. She contacted us early and checked in a couple of times during our week to make sure we had everything we needed. The only thing to be aware of, is the bus that services the neighborhood was frequently behind schedule, and live tracking on the app did not work while we were there, so we ended up waiting up to 20 minutes on either end. However, this was a minor inconvenience for the beauty of the location and the great service we experienced. Overall, very pleased with our stay!

Wonderful Experience

This is our second time staying at a Modern Retreats home, and it was another wonderful experience! A beautiful home with so much space that is fully equipped with everything you need. It truly feels like a home away from home. Cozy and well decorated! This home is built on a mountain and has a gorgeous view! We were only a few minutes drive from downtown and could walk to a great tail for an awesome hike. The kids room is so fun for kids with built in bunk beds! Kids so enjoyed it. The hot tub was also very relaxing and the game room another cool spot to hang out. The host is very responsive with anything you need. We loved our stay and would definitely return for another family get together!

Everything about this house is awesome - gorgeous views, comfortable, clean, fully stocked, and a private-feeling location while being close to downtown. If this house is available, book it! The host made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay, which we appreciated so much. Felt like home away from home. Perfect house for our whole crew

Sarah was a delightful host and made our stay a perfect location to enjoy all that Breckenridge has to offer. It was comfortable for our crew of three generations, offering space for kids and adults alike. Bunk room for kids was a big selling point and a big hit with the 4 little ones. First comment from all of the adults was that the kitchen was the best equipped any of us had experienced in rental houses and had plenty of room for all of us to work together. Even the full spice drawer was amazing. Three little foxes greeted us at the back door on the first day and said goodbye on the last. They were not a nuisance or a threat, just a friendly reminder that we were in the woods. Kids and parents hiked around the woods behind the house and saw chipmunks and deer which delighted them. Furnishings were fresh and clean showing no wear, yet friendly enough for kids and grandparents to cuddle up on the sofa’s for a good book reading. We hope to return and stay here again.

It Was Our Third Year

Our three generation family of 9 has rented in Breckenridge from Modern Retreats the past three years. The location, views, amenities, comfort, and service are top notch. There's nothing better than walking into a rental and seeing a fully stocked spice drawer, ample towels, and pillows for every type of sleeper. The house is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The service from the Modern Retreats team is outstanding.

Spectacular vacation in the moontains

Our stay was perfect. From the minute we arrived the host was welcoming, attentive, and wanting to help make our stay memorable. The house was beautiful. Very clean, had a well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds (and bedding), an amazing hot tub, games (including a pool table), and overall more comfortable than being at our own home. The views from every window are simply breath taking, so every room had its own charm and comfort. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanted the perfect mountain escape.

Great Christmas Experience!

Lovely home with incredible view. We were three adult couples and the home was spacious, comfortable and accommodated us well with room left over. Very well appointed. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was large and convenient for all to work in. Sarah was very responsive to our questions and even put up a Christmas tree and stockings for our family. Amazing to see the wild foxes and moose! We highly recommend staying there.

Beautiful Accommodations

The house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and one infant. Three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. They had a pack and play for our grandson and a booster seat for feeding. House is very open and has lots of natural light. Kitchen was well equipped with various pots and pans, blenders, storage containers, bowls, plates, cups, coffee maker etc. Everything we needed. House was extremely clean. Property manager was extremely helpful with information about Breckenridge and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in with me right away when we arrived. She went above and beyond making sure everything met or exceeded our expectations. We loved our time in Breckenridge and loved this home. We would definitely stay there again.
