This unit features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 renovated baths with a central location to downtown Bethany, it is an easy walk or bike ride to shops, restaurants and the Bethany Beach town shuttle stop. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, the community of Stewards Watch offers a community outdoor pool, tennis/pickleball is a dual court and owner provides key, crabbing/fishing pier and a launch area for your canoe or kayak. Bright and beachy decor includes central air conditioning, an upgraded full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee pot and single serve k-cup compatible coffee maker, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, TV, WiFi, Apple TV and Amazon Fire Stick available (for use with your own streaming accounts). Multi-Family Fun

This condo was exactly the space and in the location we needed for a end of summer get together. We had 6 families in Bethany Beach all within a block of one another. We loved being close to the beach, the trolley pick up, the beach amenities, rooms and layout of the house. It had everything we could have needed for a successful week away!

Perfect beach neighborhood

Our beach rental was amazing! It was clean and bright and cheerful and close to everything we needed! We could walk or ride a bike to the beach. Long and Foster was extremely responsive and helpful as was Kim from explorie! When we found a small issue, they responded immediately and had someone over within two hours to take care of it. I highly recommend this rental!

Great place minus the Wi Fi

Location is great. Pool is lovely. Everything was clean. The internet, however, was undependable and spotty (it was a T-Mobile hot spot router, not cable internet). It was extremely frustrating (or impossible) to do necessary remote work and for streaming movies and shows for the kids. I tried resolving this issue with the property management and the owners and got nowhere. They were extremely unhelpful (both the owners and Long & Foster). We got an "apology" and no action whatsoever to fix the issue (like bringing in a more dependable hotspot). It would not be feasible to stay here again based on the lack of reliable Wi Fi.

Quaint home and well maintained, but beware that VRBO is listing the property for a management co.

The rental was quaint, well maintained, and clean. We liked the location as it was far enough away to be quiet, but close enough to shops and restaurants to walk. We have rented with VRBO numerous times and to date never had an experience like this where they were just the facilitator for the booking. Our reservation was never confirmed on the site (even up until the day of departure). To avoid additional fees I had to use snail mail to send checks to property management. It’s 2022! The check in time is a 3 hour window that does NOT match listing on VRBO site. We were given 2 sets of keys and one set wasn’t for our rental. One of our teens went back to the house and couldn’t gain entrance. They were locked out for hours because we weren’t there. There was toilet paper on the roll in one bathroom, the other two had none upon arrival. The fridge malfunctioned on arrival, so we had to keep our perishables in a cooler. After hours of messing with it, we were able to reset it, but once it started working , the internal temp was 57 degrees. We were able to put our items back in the following morning. There is a linen service that provides towels and linens, but know they leave them outside is a box and you will be making the beds with the roughest sheets, ever! The linen company then will send you a text upon arrival threatening that they will charge you a fee of $75 if you don’t strip all the beds and bring all towels to said box outside by 10 AM of your arrival. In my opinion, VRBO let me down by charging a fee and not solving any of the issues when I called them twice to let them know that our booking was not confirmed. The property management company is letting the owners of this unit down by not doing what they are paid to do, facilitate and manage the rentals of the property. In the future I will not use VRBO when it is managed by a property management company. If this property was managed efficiently and effectively it would be a lovely place to stay. To note I shared all of this directly with the property management company. The reply I received was a dismissive, “Duly noted.” My hope is that VRBO will do what is right and just and stand behind their renters.

Beautiful property, nice neighborhood, stone's throw from the beach

We really enjoyed how close we were to the beach, we rarely used our vehicle. The cleanliness and beauty of the property were also greatly appreciated.
