This studio will serve as the perfect home base while you check off the area's list of outdoor activities: wading in White River - right on-site - for trophy trout fishing, hiking in Bull Shoal-White River Park, and boating on Bull Shoals Lake! When you're not partaking in adventures, unwind on the patio before retiring each night in this cozy vacation rental equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, and Smart TV.

This was a super clean, well equipped room with kitchen,dinette,bath and porch. The best was the River view and outside spaces. The river is the star and it was very comfy to enjoy it.

Beautiful property

While I was traveling for work, I was able to enjoy my down time fishing, relaxing on the deck, and watching the deer in the front yard EVERY day. I will be back again on my next trip!

Anniversary Getaway

We loved our stay here. Right on the beautiful White River with nice shaded sitting areas. Only complaint! There were no pillows on the beds, only pillow shams. We will stay there again but will bring pillows!

Great Property Great Location

This place was just what we wanted. We wanted to fish the river and the lake and it is close to both! We caught some aweome Browns, Rainbows and a Golden right below from the bank even with a high flow.

Perfect accommodations

We came in for a wedding. This place was just the right size and amenities were very nice. The setting was peaceful with areas to sit along the river or eat outside. The couple check on us several times to be sure that we didn’t need anything. They were very friendly. They decor and updates were beautiful. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Chilly fishing trip.

The efficiency was very clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. Christine was a great host and gave clear directions for access and for leaving the property. The river view was beautiful and the river conditions for fishing were great (minimal flow is great for wade fishing). However, Mother Nature decided to drop the bottom out of the temps so it was actually too chilly to fish after the first day. Still we had great hikes on the trail at Gaston's and at Bull Shoals White River State Park. We had a great fire in the fire pit. It was very quiet when we stayed. Be aware that the TV is a Smart tv but does not have access to a satellite or cable so you must use something like hulu or Amazon Prime. We missed seeing that in the preview material so we weren't expecting that. There is no DVR player.

The perfect spot!

Great location with easy access to the Bull Shoals State Park. We caught out limit everyday~ lots of fun! Our studio was clean and our manager was excellent. We had dinner Saturday evening at Gaston’s Restaurant and it was superb!

Simple!

Loved staying there. After daily motorcycle rides it was great to relax by the river. The grills and fire pit was a perfect touch.

Nice Place

We had the place alone. no one in the other three units. Internet worked great. TV is interesting but we managed. Tile floor throughout. No oven. Be sure to clean the place before you leave: Wash dishes, strip beds of all linens, take out the trash.

Great Spot

A great spot for a get away and also is on world class trout fishing on the White river below Bull Shoals Dam and Lake Bull Shoals. The outside area was well done with river access, fire pit, gas grill and patio furniture on various decks.
