The Emerald Coast’s expansive dunes with swaying sea oats provide scenic beauty and protected habitat for wildlife along the coast. Likewise, Emerald Dunes 104 vacation rental provides a scenic setting and comfortable safe environment to relax and reconnect at the beach. This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath condominium with a bunk room overlooks the shimmering emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and sleeps up to eight.
With its incredible location on the first floor, this Destin condo opens to a patio overlooking a lush green nestled behind the dunes. Inside Emerald Dunes 104, the condominium’s open floor plan and comfortable living room with a deep seating sofa and love seat provide an ideal gathering spot to nest near the sea. The fully stocked kitchen features marble counters and tile floors for easy clean up. Blissful views from the king-size bed in the master bedroom make waking up feel like a dream. The master bath features a jetted tub as well as walk-in shower ideal for a relaxing soak or a quick bath before dinner.
A queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, twin bunks in the bunk-room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room allow this Destin vacation rental to comfortably sleep 8. And to accommodate each guest’s viewing preferences, there are four televisions and four DVD players. For added convenience, Emerald Dunes 104 includes a stackable washer and dryer as well as two dedicated parking spaces.
Emerald Dunes is a private, gated condominium with amenities that include the large pool, hot tub, gas BBQ grills, boardwalk showers, bathrooms and seasonal beach attendants. Along with the all amenities, guests appreciate the private low density setting (only 27 units) and private dune walkover to the beach.

When it’s time for dinner, Camille's, a favorite local restaurant known for their fresh sushi and intimate bar, is just steps away. During the day, Camille’s sidewalk café serves a limited menu of coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch items and local brews. Also nearby, guests will enjoy access to Publix (grocery store) and Destin Commons, featuring a bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants and diverse mix of shopping opportunities.

Emerald Dunes is located in Destin, FL on the beachfront with only 6 stories. It has gated beach access and is located in the heart of the Crystal Beach Neighborhood. This is a more private resort than others in the area and provides a Tobacco Free experience. There is a pool that is heated seasonally as temperatures drop in the winter plus an outdoor hot tub. Beach chair service is setup for guests of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella each day from spring to fall.
