Overall great trip. House was perfect for our family. Game room was great for rainy days cause we got quite a few of them. Only complaint is the one golf cart needs new batteries stat. Very slow and couldnt handle more than 2 adults. Thankfully the gold cart was operating well for the adults and the blue one was used for the kids and one adult.

Family vacation

The house was very large with many bedrooms- which was nice for my large family! The house did have many issues that needed to be resolved. The furniture was very worn down and very hard to sit on due to it slanting from being so old. The stove upstairs barely worked. The shower head in the upstairs bathroom was broken so you had to hold the shower head the entire shower. Both golf carts had issues- one would only stay charger for about an hour at a time and then had a short in the gas pedal. The other had a problem with the tire. Both golf carts back footing was slanted so all the chairs would scrape as we rode to the beach and you rode at a slant when riding on the back.

Annual golf outing for group of 13. Perfect location to courses, restaurants, and bars! House was super clean and plenty of space.

Beach House

House was big enough for our family with a few extra beds available. The house is split into two living spaces with a separate living room and kitchen down stairs with two bedrooms. We didn’t end up using that space other than the rooms but I can see how that would be nice for some families. The bedrooms were all big and nice touch having separate bathrooms for extra privacy. There are also few store away beds if needed. The game room was a hit with the kids and the two golf carts were nice to have to take out and ride around and go to the beach. There is a lot to do with little ones and teens so I can see how this place would be great during the warmer seasons. The only downside I found was dishes seemed a little dirty the ones that were in the cabinets and there really not enough pots and pans for cooking meals. We basically kept using one frying pan for everything. If you have a baby or small child I would recommend brining a baby gate as the stairs going down are steep and made us nervous.The owner did respond quickly and that was great when we had a small issues getting into the house.

Best vacation home!

Property was beautiful, clean and even better than the pictures shown! Tracy was easy and professional to work with. She was fast to respond to any questions we had. The area was very nice and easy access to the beach with the golf carts that we enjoyed using.We had everything we needed at the house.We had a big group, but everyone had space and enjoyed every bit of our time there! Thank you Tracy for your hospitality and we can’t wait to visit again!

Fun stay!

Very clean, well appointed kitchen. Plenty of bedrooms and bathroom spaces. We loved the game room and had a blast taking the golf carts to the beach!!The host was super responsive and helpful!

Better than the pictures!

Our group of 4 adults, and 6 children loved our stay in this house! The rooms were much bigger/better than pictures! The great room/kitchen/dining room was the best space for both families to connect, play games, and eat! We loved the second living space downstairs with separate laundry room and kitchen! The game room was a hit on New Year’s Eve, and golf carts were a nice feature to get to the pool and around the complex with ease! Owner was communicative and helpful! Only thing that was missing from the listing was a floor plan, to better prepare for room arrangements. We did made it work once we got there without knowing how the floors were set up. Thank you!

great stay

The house was nice and clean. Loved having two golf carts for our crew. normally with our crew we have to determine who has the one King bed, but with your house the kings were plentiful which made it nice to have the comfort of a king bed for multiple people. The game room was very nice and used often, which we probably stayed up to late playing instead of sleeping, but good times were had by one and all.

This was our first family vacation since 2012. The community was quiet, the owners, guest friendly. The Blue Escape is an amazing home! We brought things from home (stock pot, my special sharp knife, spices) because we weren't sure, but the inclusion is underestimated. The stock pot was needed and there aren't any sweet spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger), but plenty of others. A Golf Cart community across from a grocery store is the ultimate vacation for many reasons.We plan to make this an annual event!

Family and friends vacation

Our family takes vacation with our close friends every year and this house did not disappoint. With 2 golf cats carts it easily accommodated us. The game room kept the kids entertained while the adults needed down time. The home was very spacious. We would definitely rent again! Thank you for another vacation in the books and memories made!

My family of 18 stayed here there was plenty of space the house was clean having the golf carts made it so convenient when traveling around the neighborhood to go to the pools, parks, and also to the beach so u don’t have to put alot of sand in your cars the kids stayed entertained with the game room and bikes she had so many toys for the kids to play with at the beach and also a lot of beach chairs so we didn’t have to rent chairs when we got to the beach my family can’t wait until our beach trip next year so we can return to this location

Amazing rental house!

This house made my vacation stay just so much better. From fine remodeling to comfort and cozy stay. House was massive with everything made to attention. The owner was really easy to work with through the process. Rental came with majority of cooking/ eating supplies so I was able to cook instead of buying out every day. Obviously towels and sheets were provided but its the small things like tide pods, garbage bags, varieties of coffee and chromecasts that were also provided that just made the stay worry free. Fun gameroom and great furnishings. The side entrance was within 50 feet of the house to avoid the main entrance.

Fun for family get together.

Clean, comfortable. Game room was big hit for all of family especially teens and children. We found pictures and listing information a good representation of property, however, beach access was much further from property than we thought presented. Property contact was very accommodating and readily available. Some of the furniture seating was tired and some tv controls confusing but we managed and enjoyed our stay. Not enough seating for groups of 12 to 20 people at a time. Given the cleaning fees charged some of the guest clean up requirements at check out seemed a little excessive. Overall, great for family reunions with grands. Game room and golf carts a hit. Thank you.

Phenomenal Experience!

This VRBO ranked within the top two places we've ever stayed! Everything was just perfect. The layout of the home was really neat. The game room and golf carts provided for tons of fun for the littles and the teens. The kitchen was well stocked, which is a big plus for our big group. The property gave us access to pickleball, basketball, multiple swimming pools, a playground, private beach access--I could go on and on. We had such a great time here!

Liked it so much we bought one of our own!

We celebrated my dad’s 70th birthday here and had a wonderful time. We had 7 adults and 4 kids and plenty of room! Couldn’t have asked for anything better. House was clean and spacious. Tracy is an excellent host. We were so impressed with the area and Oceanside Village as well as the house layout that we put in an offer on a similar house in the neighborhood. Perfect place for families. Love that they have the bikes and golf carts. We were able to all go out riding together and go to the beach. Pools are great and playground for kids. Enjoy!
