Breakers West B5 Beach side condo with pool

Breakers West B5 is a nicely updated two-bedroom/two bathroom vacation rental condominium located along highly sought-after West Gulf Drive in Sanibel Island. Our condo features over 1000 sq ft of living space with a private screened lanai, full kitchen, spacious living area, and even a washer/dryer in the condo. The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom nearby. For additional guests, we offer a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Breakers West is just one building with its heated pool and sits behind the Waterside Inn on the Beach, which allows for easy beach access just walking through the property to the sand. Once on the beach, you can see our world-famous sunsets and collect a seemingly endless amount of shells. We include beach towels as well as a starter supply of guest amenities for each stay. Our second-floor condo has an elevator service or stairs and has just one parking spot. 

*Important Note: This rental does not include beach chairs or umbrellas. Instead, we’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. With VayKLife, you get to choose exactly what you need, and they’ll deliver it right to your door for added convenience. Your booking confirmation includes a link to VayKLife’s site, where you can browse their full selection and easily redeem your credit. It’s just one of the ways we help make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

The condo was everything we needed. Nicely furnished if you wanted to cook and a path to the beautiful beach. We saw dolphins, rays, and some small sharks. It was great

Ocean views and breezes from the screened in porch. We left the doors and windows open and didn't need any air-conditioning. Entire condo was lovely and comfortable. Perfect for a family. Nicely decorated. On property swimming pool and the ocean steps away. Shelling was amazing!!I would highly recommend this property. Not one negative thing to say!

Perfect stay

Everything about Breakers West B5 was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was just as represented when we booked. Super clean & everything we needed was available. It was an easy short walk to the amazing beach. The pool was great. The location was ideal. Absolutely recommend and we would love to stay again!

Clean and comfortable!

Short girls trip with my daughter mainly for shelling. The building has old world charm. The condo was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. We felt very safe. A successful shelling adventure!

The only issues were the front door sticks!!! You have to practically kick it in order to open it. We spoke with someone when we arrived and tried to get in to the room. If they had known that the door sticks badly we could have gotten in much sooner. Every time we opened the door we had to give it a hard hip push to get it open.

Ease and Relaxation!

An excellent location- a short walk to the beach, a lovely heated pool, clean comfortable interior of the condo, we grilled chicken one night for supper- so convenient with gas grills available.Beach chairs and an umbrella available for beach lounging.Highly recommend!

Very relaxing

The property was clean and it was close to the beach. There was also a pool that we didn’t get a chance to use, but it looked nice. Overall it was very relaxing. No complaints!

Hidden gem.

This was a great place steps from the beach. Well stocked with towels and beach chairs and umbrella. Perfect! We have been to sanibel many times and would use this place again

Great location!

Condo was very convenient to the beach and was located near some great shelling areas. The interior of the condo was very well equipped with kitchen, bath and beach items. Living room and porch furniture has been updated since the property photos were taken and was better than expected. Property was very quiet at night and great for sleeping. Check-in and checkout were easy with clear instructions provided ahead of time.
