Cascade Jewel is the ultimate escape with comfort, relaxation, and style waiting to welcome you after a day of mountain adventures. Words cannot even describe the breathtaking view that surrounds this property, nestled against sheer granite cliffs with the wild emerald waters of the Skykomish River rolling by and the area's most impressive peaks of Mt Index and Mt Persis towering above. This gorgeous craftsman home has been fully remodeled in December 2020 with chic and elegant décor and furnishings, creating a truly decadent mountain retreat.

Wonderful family getaway

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect mix of rustic surroundings and updated, cozy finishes in the home. The hosts were responsive during our stay and felt well taken care of! Highly recommend this rental for family, fun, and relaxation.

Absolutely gorgeous view from the master bedroom! Comfortable stay, loved the hot tub with the mountain and river scene. Lots of games and beautiful rooms. Will definitely return!

Cascade Jewel was the perfect spot to celebrate birthdays, hike, fish and rock climb. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and the river and view of the mountains was fantastic. The house was very clean and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with quality cookware and utensils. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The check-in communication was great and check-out was seamless. We highly recommend this house and we will definitely be back to stay again.

Amazing Hideaway

Spectacular location, views, and amenities at this private hideaway. Seeing the fish jumping, river rushing by and the clouds floating by we're the highlights of our stay with our family!

Absolutely loved the house. Loved the location on the river. Area is sleepy with little to do- you need to dro I’ve 15 minutes for food- but the peace and serenity are worth it!

The cabin was in such a beautiful spot and it was well stocked and comfortable. We walked to the Index Wall both days and the kids (and adults) loved climbing around on the rocks!

Amazing views and great location!

This "Cascade Jewel" is perfect in every sense. The property is right on the Skykomish River, with breathtaking views of the mountains. Can easily accommodate 8 people and is perfect for a big family. Cannot recommend enough!

Amazing!

This house and the location are insanely gorgeous! We had to force ourselves to leave and explore given how much we loved the house. Could not recommend more. The view is worth it alone! The owner’s communication was great, prompt, and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Always a pleasure!

This was our second year staying at cascade jewel for our annual ladies Christmas cabin trip! The home is always so beautiful and cozy. You can't beat the view! Kitchen has most things you will need. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Can't wait to stay here again next year!

Fantastic trip from Seattle

We had an amazing time in Index! Tons of great climbing and hiking all within walking distance or a short drive from the house. Everything was super clean and the house was beautifully renovated. Views of the river and the mountains were amazing. I thought we would have easier access to the water, but it was actually a steep bank to get down the river, so we just used the town beach instead. Overall a great weekend getaway from the city.

Absolutely gorgeous getaway right on the river

The view from this cabin is absolutely stunning! Especially with the time of year we went (mid October) with the changing colors of the leaves and the sound of the river, it truly was beautiful. The cabin was also very clean and updated making it perfect for two families with young kids to enjoy. The cabin was spacious and fully stocked with everything you’d need, especially when it came to cooking supplies. We can’t say enough great things about this property. Would definitely stay there again or try out another property managed by this company.

Superb!!!

Unfortunately, our plans were altered due to a health emergency, so some of our party could only visit for one day or one of our three nights. Such a beautiful house and setting!!! It was very comfortable and well equipped. We just wished we could have stayed longer and we hope to return another time.

Magnificent beauty all around you!

Wow! What an amazing weekend of recharging the soul! This place was just what this family needed to get out of our quarantine rut! From the comfy beds and falling to sleep to the sound of the river to the wonderful hot tub looking out on the picturesque view of the river no detail was missed with this little piece of heaven! New listings always make me nervous but well done all the way around! I rarely return to the same rental twice but the view and the river we may just run it back someday!

Cabin in Index with River and Mountain View - family friendly

This family, friendly getaway, is tucked in the woods near the river, the sound of the river is amazing, and the view of the mountains is Pacific Northwest, magnificent. We were there with our six year, old, twins, and enjoyed the games, the bunkbeds, and the hot tub. Even though there were lots of neighbors, we didn’t see anybody when we were outside and it felt like we had a lot of privacy. It was a lovely place to stay, and I highly recommend it. You might want to bring some of your own towels though. There are enough towels for everybody to have one towel. Not enough the bath or a shower, and a hot tub.
