The host was really great. Because I booked some weeks in advance, I had several questions and changes for both the family visiting us and a death in the family. They answered whenever I texted. They were so easy to work with.

My friends and I have been taking a Poconos trip every Fall for the last 5 years, this house was by far our favorite! The kitchen was our favorite as we spend a lot of time cooking and hanging out. My daughter loved the hammocks and the back yard area with a lovely fire pit. We plan to stay again next year!

The house itself was very nice, clean and plenty of room for our group. Huge kitchen and great outdoor vibe with fire pit. However we did have an issue with one of the amenities. We planned our dinners around grilling on the outdoor grill on the deck. To our surprise, there was no grill when we got there. The host said they replaced it and they had an issue with it and it wasn’t safe to use it. I just wish he would have let us know ahead of time, we would have changed our meal plan. Other than that we had a great time.

Beautiful house, lovely decor, enough space for a family of 10 people plus. Host is amazing. Reply back asap for any concerns or question. Kitchen had everything a person may need to cook delicious meals.

Very well maintained property, beautiful location. Guillermo was very responsive when we had an issue with the previous guests having tripped a breaker in the kitchen. He got it fixed right away. We had a great time!

Home was perfect for our family, but it was odd that such a large home did not have a laundry room. We were able to cook most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen and loved making S’mores at the fire pit.A suggestion-fix the latch on the garbage shed-animals were still able to get in necessitating a large clean up job.

This is a gem with a lot of warmth and unique character

Our small group had a terrific time at this unique property and would definitely return back. Location was perfect and the backyard was great to hang out. The house was big enough and it felt as this house had a soul and was decorated with so much love. It had pretty much everything that we needed for the stay. We left rejuvenated and happy. The only minor issues that we found while there - the amount of towels available seemed very low for a big group. I would suggest requesting more in advance. But overall we enjoyed this property which had a lot of soul.

Great stay!

The house was beautiful and clean. Just as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for 14 people. Karaoke was an added bonus. Everyone enjoyed their time. Plenty of space for our group to spread out. Would definitely book again!!

Great house!

Rented this house for a family get together and it could have been more perfect. Very big and spacious house, with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate large families. Grounds and house were in great condition and made the get away realy enjoyable!

Weekend getaway

The home was nice. Property Manager was very nice and responsive. I liked the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. It worked well for us. The living space was good size. Kitchen was spacious and fully stocked. Only has one TV though. It would be nice to have several more especially in the master bedroom and bedroom off the living room. It was too cold, so we were unable to take advantage of the side porch. Foyer could use extra rugs during snowy months. It is slippery when wet. It would have been nice to have access to a washer and dryer. Lots of deer around which was exciting for the kids to watch. The home does need a little TLC due to age, but overall, we enjoyed it.

Great Family Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the home is great for families, most bedrooms have their own bathrooms. There are two bedrooms that share a bathroom which is nice for a family with kids. The property is really pretty as well. We saw so many deer and even a woodpecker!

Lovely mountain retreat

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property in Lake Harmony. The house was so nice and had a very cozy vibe. There were nine of us and we were all very comfortable with the bedrooms and the bathroom accommodations. We especiallyoyed sitting outside by the fire pit. We would most definitely go back to this house again!

Beware!

We are being generous in granting this listing a 1-star! To say we were disappointed in our much-anticipated family Christmas vacation at this vacation property would be an understatement. The property was misrepresented! We chose this vacation house to take advantage of the ski-in/ski-out listed and the advertised lakefront, neither of which existed. The listed pull-out bed couch in the living room was also inaccurate as it was non-existent (see picture below). A further misrepresentation was the listed access to the resort promising golf, waterpark, basketball, volleyball, etc. We were refused admittance even when offering to pay! Further, the neighborhood showed hostility with the signs posted in various yards. (see below). Magnificent !!!!

Wonderful house! We loved all the rooms and spaces to hang out, especially the screened in porch. Unfortunately, it rained so we were not able to use the beautiful deck and fire pit ! Kitchen was wonderful to cook in. Amenities were plentiful, except we could have used more towels .

Great House for a friend's weekend getaway

The house had ample bedrooms and bathrooms and was very well laid out, with an open concept. The kitchen was HUGE and great for multiple people in there working together. The outdoor area was perfect as well. The deck was just right for cornhole and a wonderful fire pit with seating for 10! We all loved the spot and stated we would stay here again without hesitation.

Memories Made

The property was more than we expected. It fit our family of 10 perfectly. The area is quiet and plenty of space for both adults and kids. The cul de sac was the perfect place for the kids to ride bike. The backyard, although small, gave us plenty of space. We got to watch some golfers and deer roam the fairways. The only advice I would give is that the fire pit area is an accident waiting to happen. It is not level and the stepping stones on top of the crushed stone were very uneven. We were always telling the kids to be careful. We also had 2 elderly family members who were very care as to not trip. The house was well equipped and the kitchen was spacious with multiple work stations. My family can’t wait to return to this location next year

The house was lovely and just as stated. We enjoyed being together, making smores around the fire pit and the beautiful golf course. The check-in was easy and Guillermo was very helpful with texting about things to do in the area. However next time we rent we'll be looking for a house with a washer and dryer, lake access and a game room.
