Bright and airy, fully equipped and recently renovated 2BR/2BA condo. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony, with parking right outside your door. Walk to Starbucks, grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants, as well as the local YMCA and library. Immediate access to highways take you to San Diego and all the sights: beaches, downtown San Diego, La Jolla, Sea World, Legoland, San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park, golf courses, the airport, and much more.
Perfect for retired couples and business executives looking for a home away from home. An ideal get-away for a family vacation with all the amenities you need.
A fully equipped kitchen, updated with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender. Granite countertops in kitchen. You can cook all of your meals here. Designer porcelain tiles throughout. Central A/C and forced air heat. Large master BR suite with walk-in closet. Stacked washer and dryer. High-speed internet with free wifi. Living room has 46" LCD HD flat screen TV. 42" LCD TV in master BR. Cable over internet is provided on both devices. Linens and towels provided for your convenience.
Located in one of the most desirable communities, the lush landscaping with abundant palm trees and babbling brooks is well-maintained and has walking paths that are well-lit at night. Of the 4 community pools in the complex, the one closest to the unit is heated year around.
Enjoy parking for two cars - one covered space and one just outside the front door.

Convenience

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was very convenient and comfortable. Everything was very well stocked….including kitchen and bathroom supplies as well as linens. We had everything we needed for cooking and baking. There were a few things needing extra care in cleaning….top of fridge and inside dishwasher. The outside under the stairs entering the condo could be cleaned up…..lots of leaves and debris. We would stay here again especially for convenience of the location and proximity to our family.

Nice and clean condo!

My husband and I rented this condo for five weeks. We have rented a lot of different ones but this one was by far the nicest one we have stayed in. It was very nicely decorated and the best equipped one I have seen. It all looked pretty new. The condo was very clean which I appreciated. The location is good and easy to get into San Diego. We like to golf and found several courses in the area. We had a fun trip and enjoyed our stay very much!
