Immaculate,beautiful two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. 2- association pools, hot tub and tennis courts. 30 day minimum rental month rate plus fees.. Completely furnished with 1 car garage. Beautifully decorated. Back deck patio and front courtyard. Includes BBQ, and all the kitchen necessities. Also includes a W/D and other amenities. A place to stay for 2 -4 for a short 30 day time or on a long term rental basis.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

A good experience

This townhouse has much to recommend it. The livingroom was comfy. The patio was lovely. The kitchen appliances worked well. I was glad to have a gas range. The upstairs bedrooms were roomy and each had comfortable king beds. The linens were nice. Each bedroom had an ensuite bath, plus a main floor powder room. The owner's son lives nearby and promptly responded to the need of a minor repair. Unfortunately, the garage was too small to fit most cars. The steep stairway had no railing for several of the lower steps. The shower had no safety grab bar. The livingroom rug was very dirty. However, none of this interfered with our enjoyment of our 14th winter in Carlbad!

Wow!

My stay at this condo was amazing! I was pleasantly surprised when I got there - the pictures don't do it justice. I stayed for almost 2 months, and if there was an issue Deanne responded quickly with a solution. I will definitely try to stay here again the next time I'm in Carlsbad.

The condo was lovely. Very comfortable, great neighborhood. Loved watching the sunsets on the patio. Deanne was very responsive as a host. Would stay here again!

Relax and Enjoy at the Beach Condo

Because of the Coronavirus pandemic my wife and I chose to stay in Carlsbad for 2+ months at Deanne and Steve's wonderful condo. The townhouse was very attractively decorated and very comfortable to stay in (the beds were great). There are outdoor spaces that make California living a reality--a nice private courtyard in front with a barbecue and a large comfortable rear patio with a covered dining table for six, a separate seating arrangement for another 4 people and views of the Pacific. Deanne was very responsive to any of our needs and her son, who lives in the area was a great help with any questions I had about using the TV system. We will be back.

Great stay in Carlsbad

Enjoyed my stay even with the current Corona Virus situation. Would definitely stay here again. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants, golf and more.

Property owner was very friendly and available to address what few needs we had. All communication was professional, caring, friendly. Property is 5 min to beach and 5-10 min away from many stores and restaurants. Condo and linens were clean. . I would stay there again.

Cheerful, cozy condo with a view

Very well-appointed condo with a washer and dryer, beach supplies, bicycles, etc. Towels and bedding are comfortable and new. Plenty of closet space. Nicely decorated and clean with a well-stocked kitchen ( dishes, pots and pans,etc.). Owners are very accommodating. Would most certainly stay there again.
