The bathroom is surprisingly generous, and guests will enjoy a large shower and plenty of vanity space.

The outdoors is where this rental truly shines. The glass sliders lead directly to a private, covered patio with a small two-seat dining table. It is an ideal place to sip fresh coffee and watch the sun rise or perhaps eat a cozy dinner for two. The rental offers direct access to the lake and makes it easy for visitors to reach the community dock where they can take their boat out for the day.

The Hamilton community is just a short drive away from Hot Springs National Park and the bustling downtown area featuring a variety of shops and restaurants. Guests interested in a bit more adventure might prefer the nearby amusement park or casino.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
