Summary:
Enjoy this dog-friendly unit at PierView Oceanfront Condos. Shore Havin' Fun! is ready for you to bring your pup, relax, make memories with family and friends, and enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer!
This is a second floor (technically third, as there is pull-under parking), updated, oceanfront condo with two bedrooms, and two baths. Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, queen bed and twin bed. Linens (bath towels, washcloths, sheets) are provided by an independent vendor. Beds will be made when you arrive!
Take in the breathtaking ocean views, enjoy magnificent sunrises, and soak in all the sights and sounds of ocean living while sipping your morning coffee on your spacious, 24' x 6' balcony. An in-suite washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen SMART TVs, and beautiful deck furniture round out the features that will make this condo a stylish, inviting and comfortable home away from home.
Other property features include: cable, WiFi, direct beach access, outdoor grills, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season) and children's playground area. Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the unit; however, there is a luggage lift in the building. Bringing multiple vehicles? No problem! Plenty of free parking is available with premium spots up for grabs on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Shore Havin' Fun! is centrally located to many great local attractions including the beautiful Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. Fine and casual dining, grocery stores and much more are also close by.
There is a two-dog maximum, we can not allow cats, and we do not charge a pet fee. There is no smoking allowed in the unit. We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date.

My husband and I stayed here with our dog. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean. We especially enjoyed the comfortable outdoor furniture on the large balcony, which was perfect for enjoying the views. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home!
The owner stays in touch and the caretakers of the property are very accessible. The condo is very welcoming and a really nice set up. Perfect size to enjoy and comfortable furniture. The view of the ocean is so enjoyable and never gets old. I would highly recommend staying here

Awesome View
This place was just what the pictures showed. Mike and Lisa were very helpful and understanding. If I make another trip there , I won't hesitate to book the same place.

Weekend getaway
Perfect spot for a weekend getaway with the dogs! The view was great and condo looks exactly as depicted. There is no elevator so the luggage lift came in very handy to bring our items up to the room. Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful location
We had a great mini vacation! Temperature was in the 60's, location was great, food was even better. We highly recommend The Blue Moon Grill.

Family spring break
Such a great little condo for our family of 4 and our pupper. Everything was just as the listing described and the location was fantastic-close to everything but literally on the ocean. So easy to check in, everything we needed was provided and the hosts were very helpful with all of my questions. We loved our stay right before the busy season-most things were just opening up and the weather was high 70s to low 60s. Would totally recommend this property!

Great view and convenient location
We enjoyed our stay with our pups. Loved the location - Right down the street from Sam & Omies was a plus! Great view of the ocean from the patio. Will be back in the future!

Pup spring break
We had a great stay with our pups. The beach was chilly & mostly empty which was great for nice long walks with the pups. First visit to Nags Head won’t be the last. Fresh seafood delicious!

A Perfect Place to Relax
We had a great time overall. Every morning we sat out on our back deck with our coffee and watched the pink glow of the sunrise, catch up on a neglected paperback novel, then watched the pelicans, gulls and geese fly along the shoreline. Loved that we could see it also from our bedroom! We walked on the beach with our dog and went out to eat seafood in the evenings--there are a lot of nice places to dine in Nags Head. Next time we'd like to come in May or June when the water's a bit warmer, but this was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Adorable condo with great view
We had a great stay in this beautifully updated, modern condo! We watched the sunrise over the ocean every morning from the deck, which has a fabulous view! The kitchen is well-stocked, and the property is very clean and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit!

Winter Getaway
I can’t say enough good things about this condo! I was pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of the photos. Even down to the chairs on the balcony which were perfect for watching the ocean and the sunrise. It was quiet and the luggage lift was helpful since there is no elevator. 10/10 would book again.

Relaxing long weekend
We enjoyed our visit. The covered porch is great for the views and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked, modern, and easy to get around it. Bathrooms are nice. The caretakers of the property were helpful. This is on our permeant list of dog friendly spots.

Loved the view!!
The unit could stand a through cleaning. Not to be picky, but the first thing we noticed was the refrigerator wasn’t wiped out, the shower curtain needs replaced or washed really well, carpet needs cleaning, but in all everything was great. WIFI was spotty. We throughly enjoyed the view and the construction at the front complex didn’t bother us.We’d stay again if the opportunity arises.
