I'm Megan. I am the property manager and one of the owners of Cedars #37. I own the condo with my husband. We live in Castle Rock, CO. We love skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer! We also enjoy spending time together as a family relaxing at the condo.

This is a perfect location! It is walking distance to downtown with a shuttle stop in front of the building. We love the ski in ski out feature as well as the hot tubs and pool. It is a great place for family fun! The kitchen is much more spacious than most condo kitchens. I love to cook and have a hot, homemade meal after a day on the slopes.
What makes this Townhome unique
We like having two separate bedrooms. It is the perfect family getaway! We love to sit in the living room and watch the snow fall or sit out on the porch in warm weather and enjoy the views of nature while listening to the babble of the creek.

Cedars #37 Review, Breckenridge
We had a wonderful experience at Cedars #37 in Breckenridge. The location was perfect for teaching young children how to ski, and the proximity to town is very good as well. We are still talking about how much we enjoyed being at this property and how easy the trip was. The property owners were great to work with and answered any questions we had.
We thought the beds were good and all slept comfortably. I cannot say this is always the case with other rental properties. We are eager to return.
Excellent location with ski in ski out lift access and very close to restaurants and shopping. Very nice property, well maintained, with nice amenities. No hassles at all with access. I'll stay here again.
The quicksilver lift is right outside the back door which made it super convenient to come back to the condo throughout the day. Very short walk into the village for shopping and dinner. We highly recommend!
Great place, awesome location
Had a great time here. Everything you need and close to the slopes. Literally a 3 minute walk to the lift. 4 blocks to main street. Can't wait to go back.
Our family chose this property for our annual ski trip due to location and the space to comfortably accommodate all of us. The LOCATION was definitely ski in/ski out and convenient to downtown Breckenridge. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shopping.
The town home was very well apportioned which made it family friendly. All the necessities to live comfortably during our stay were provided and in great condition.
Megan, the owner, provided detailed information for the check-in/check-out process -- which allowed us extra time to spend on the slopes.
We would definitely chose this rental again.
Great Location / Features shown a bit misleading
Our family of 5 recently stayed 5 days for ski trip. The location of this unit is outstanding. Easy to ski-in / ski-out. Close to lift, and enough to walk to main street and downtown shops and dinner. The unit itself is fine, but the pictures you see in the VRBO listing are not accurate. Pictures show a wood burning fireplace, which is something we truly enjoy on a ski trip and were excited about. When we got there, we realized it was a gas log unit, that didnt work! We called the owner and talked through how to operate it. She didnt know how we could get it going. She told us she would try to get someone to look at it the next day, but repair folks were very busy. ( never stayed at a condo assoc that didnt have a local on call handyman ) No one ever came and we never heard back from her about it. Spent trip without a working fireplace. Also the sofas and chairs you see in pics in family room as well as the log frame bed in the master are not there. Different furniture in the actual unit.
The fireplace has been a gas unit since we purchased the unit. I appreciate you pointing out the discrepancy in the picture. I have never noticed that. We will replace the picture asap.
The repair man came at 11 am the day after I spoke to you. He was there within 18 hours. He came in and replaced the contacts and batteries. He said the fireplace was working fine when he left. Since I didn't receive a call back from you, I assumed you were enjoying our cozy living room with a roaring fire.
The furniture in the pictures was very worn out and we replaced all the furniture with brand new furniture. All the furniture in the unit except the bunk beds are less than 2 years old. We know renters appreciate new and updated furniture. The log bed was a queen, but we replaced it with a King as that is more desirable to renters.
