When we arrived, the dishes had been put back very dirty so we had to clean it all again, the bin was full of moldy food that looked like it had been there for days at least as it had quite a bit of mold growing on it. The main bedroom smelt like someone had been smoking in their and the overall cleanliness of everything was very low. It needs to be deep cleaned and then maintained more frequently after each stay. Also the main aircon did not work which was not pleasant during the heat of the day

Beautiful location and property, would recommend

Great location and perfect apartment for a group of people. Master bedroom is absolutely stunning! Off-street parking is a bonus too. Close to shops and restaurants

Long weekend

Check in was ok except the instructions did not fully load on my phone. Eventually gained access. Apartment was nice - view of sea only from rooftop. Can be very windy outside. We had an issue with the lift. Communication with management poor. No attempt to resolve the issue. We eventually found a phone number for the lift company who were very helpful. We used the table on deck on 3floor - chairs with arm make it very difficult to sit at the table. Deck is too narrow for chairs with arms

Beware of this property. We checked in at 3pm on xmas eve to find that the unit had not been cleaned after the previous guests had departed. We had to clean the kitchen before we could unpack our groceries and then as we were cleaning the bedrooms and bathrooms, the cleaners actually arrived. Thankfully they were able to make up the bedrooms and leave us clean towels. The unit was dirty overall and even the lounge and soft furnishings are dirty and stained.The following day we went to the upper level to prepare our xmas lunch on the BBQ but the gas bottle was empty. There was absolutely no effort or attention put into to preparing this unit for guests and I have still not been contacted by management after emailing a request for a partial refund and detailing our unacceptable experience.
