Beautifully appointed 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home located in the Historic Wequetonsing Landowners Association in Harbor Springs, just a short walk to downtown and the local beaches. Bright, spacious, and welcoming, this residence showcases Harbor Springs living at its finest.
Situated on Pennsylvania Avenue, the home is central to everything Harbor Springs has to offer. Inside, you’ll find granite countertops, high-end appliances, a stone fireplace, a formal dining area, and a large, inviting porch ideal for summer evenings.
All five bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a conveniently placed laundry room. The layout includes a shared full bathroom with a glass shower, four additional ensuite bedrooms, and a fifth bedroom featuring both a twin and a double bed.

This home is the perfect gathering place for extended family or friends, offering comfort, space, and an unbeatable location.

*This property has a two week minimum between Memorial Day and Labor Day. No rentals of less that 14 days will be accepted during that time period.

Nice home

Great location and home. Clean and well equipped. Only negatives: 3 TVs didn't work; multiple missing light bulbs; towels weren't hanging in bathrooms; many do not use signs such as fireplace and spa tub; and adjacent construction that started as early as 6:15am with loud noise. Despite this would stay again.
