Latitude Adjustment is the perfect spot to enjoy your Virgin Islands vacation! Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, plus a trundle bed with pullout to sleep a total of 6 guests. Recently remodeled and re-fitted, this gorgeous, well-appointed condo features a modern, elegant styling, with a fresh and colorful vibe!
Conveniently located on the ground floor of the Cowpet Bay West condo development (Windward 47). Just a very short walk down the stairs and you`ll have your toes in the sand of Cowpet Beach! Also located on Cowpet Beach is Caribbean Fish Market, a fabulous dining spot for you to enjoy during your stay! Also, Sangria`s is on-site, so you can enjoy more-casual and economical dining as well!

Family vacation

We had a great stay, check in was easy and property was as described. Beach and pool were clean and kids loved it! Well located for groceries, restaurants and additional beach day trips!!!

This property is as exactly as descried in the pictures beautiful beach and pools condo was immaculate and well stocked with towels and amenities' very quiet great for families. We rented a vehicle and saw all the island had to offer the snorkeling here is amazing and Sangria's is a bonus would love to come back some day. Todd & Liz from Massachusetts .

Family Island Fun

Great vacation spot with all the amentities!

We had a wonderful stay and everything we needed was provided for us! Perfect for the traveler who is light on luggage! Beautiful location.

Excellent

We had an absolute fabulous time. The unit was clean just as pictured and probably the most well equipped home I’ve ever rented. The pool and Jacuzzi are nice. The beach is right there. My only recommendation for future travelers is you’re gonna want to rent a car, cabs are incredibly expensive here and there’s only two restaurant choices right there where you’re at.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities that made it feel like home! The owners thought of everything from scuba gear, to beach bags and a rolling cooler as well as sunscreen and bug spray!

Lovely stay

This property is a self contained space that's great with young kids. Pool and beach all within walking distance which simplifies a lot! Our youngest was 21months and while the stairs and other surfaces needed assistance we generally felt it was safe for her to potter around. Was lovely to have food options on site as well and not be far from town where we could find anything else. We would definitely come here again.

Great condo for the money

The condo was exactly as described and just steps from the beach and pool. Very clean and quiet and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows! The pool bar wasn't open which was disappointing however Sangria's and Caribbean Fish Market on property were both great. Easy drive to all the best beaches and quick pop into Red Hook for the market and restaurants.

Cowpet Bay West

Fantastic condo. Very well stocked with scuba gear, beach toys, games for the children. Pool and ocean view. Convenient to supermarket and shopping. The pictures of the pool do not do it justice. It is very large. My children had a blast!

Great location, cold AC, plenty of space, snorkeling gear!!

Beautiful condominium and gorgeous grounds. The location was great. We walked to dinner most nights at the local restaurant at the Elysian Resort next door. We were a short drive to the beaches we wanted to visit and a super short drive to the car ferry that takes you to St. John! We are a family of 4 and had plenty of space. Our kids loved the pool and outdoor shower. The snorkeling gear was an added bonus as well as some floats and having the washer and dryer made the trip much easier with littles. Would definitely recommend!

Back Home

My wife and I met on the island. We brought our family back to where we lived and worked. It was a fantastic trip. One review I read talked about the stairs to reach the condo. From our car to the front door took 15 seconds. It was great. The pool was a fantastic way to relax after a long day at the beach. We would rent again without hesitation.

Nice property. Great home. Wish there were more info things that we would need to know as first time travelers We were told our friends were around the corner Well about 3. 4 of mile too much for us. Beautiful home View of ocean and pool from balcony Had a bout of my husband with no see ems in our bed. They were there eithin 5 hours of call changing beding Food good, drinks great , beauty totally awesome People great

Very cute and comfortable condo on Cowpet Bay. We had everything we needed except a drip coffee maker (the unit has a Keuring style machine), but the rental agency kindly dropped off a small drip coffee maker so we could use the coffee we had already purchased. Thanks Justin and Lance of Prestige Luxury Villas! The East End of St. Thomas is a great location. In addition to our own lovely beach, we enjoyed proximity to several others. Red Hook is just down the road, and has many bars and restaurants, plus the ferry to St. John.

Family of 5, including three teenagers stayed here for 4 days in Aug 2024 and loved it! Snorkeling off the property we saw fish and stingrays. Snorkeling at nearby Sapphire Beach we saw tons of colorful fish and sea turtles. Having laundry and two bathrooms was a huge plus! So was the availability of beach towels and full snorkel gear that we didn’t have to haul on the plane!! Very well kept, bright apartment, with a partial view of the pool and of the sea from the balcony. Comfy beds, lush grounds. Good pizza at the beachfront restaurant and close to Red Hook for grocery shopping and the ferry to St. John. Would highly recommend this place. Also, the power was out while we were there and the unit stayed running on a generator. Thank goodness it was the last night and I was trying to clean clothes and pack for the flight home!!

Perfect Beach Home Base!

The unit was a great location w/ proximity to beach, Sunset Grille, Ritz, Red Hook, & other beaches & we truly loved the amenities of the onsite restaurants, pool, & hot tub! The accommodations were great & met our needs. The primary bathroom had a dead bug & a toothbrush, but no big deal as I just cleaned up & never saw any signs of other bugs.The 2nd bedroom had a faint musty smell & didn’t seem to cool as well as the rest of the unit, but my kids (13 & 11) said they were comfortable sleeping & didn’t notice the smell. I shared w/ property mgr after checkout since it wasn’t problematic & he was going to have it checked on. The kitchen was fully stocked & we appreciated the complimentary bottle of rum, snacks, coffee, & little things needed that one never wants to buy for one time use. The pots/pans could be replaced as the nonstick seal was worn, but did the job. I also shared w/ property mgr upon checkout & he said he would have them replaced. We also loved having the snorkel gear, pool noodles, & floats. They were used daily! There is a large cooler, but we bought a small one to better meet our needs. The unit was just as described/pictured & the beds were comfy. As shown in the pics, the kitchen and bathroom counters & cabinets could be updated, but we didn’t stress about it as we didn’t spend much time in the unit as we would leave by 9am for adventures & return late afternoon/evening. Overall, fantastic unit that we would stay in again and highly recommend!
