Updated Oceanfront Two Bedroom Condominium!

You'll be glad you chose this two bedroom oceanfront Hampton Place condominium. The kitchen is nicely updated with custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Kitchens come fully-equipped, making cooking for the family an easy task. The dining area comfortably seats four.

The Primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bath has a custom-tiled walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. The guest bedroom is located on the other side of the condominium and features a queen and twin bed and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom was recently renovated and features a luxurious walk in shower. Out on your balcony, which stretches the length of the condominium, you'll enjoy sweeping Atlantic Ocean views!

Hampton Place is conveniently located near the center of Palmetto Dunes on the beach, making it easy and quick to access all the amenities Palmetto Dunes has on offer.

Complex pool is subject to change at any time.
Heated: October 15-November 30 | March 15 - April 30
Cooled: July 15-August 15

**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from approximately 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise. All amenities will remain open and operational during this time. Feel free to reach out to our team with any additional questions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit was very clean and had a great view. We had a total of 4 adults for a 7 day stay. Everything was going great until the washer tore up on our 3rd day. We had to call it into property manager and wait for a repairman although they said we did not have to wait, there were circumstances that made it necessary. The repairman came and said it was not repairable. A new washer was ordered from Lowes and when it came 2 days later it was damaged. We only had 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person and we had to call for more. The towels were brought promptly. We were given towels everyday the only thing we just could not wash our personal clothing and had to bring it home dirty. The staff apologized about it and was very helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The original condo 5205 we booked was so nice. Well stocked, very comfortable, clean and felt like home. Unfortunately, the unit above ours was in complete demo mode with them jackhammering out the tiles the entire visit. Our entire unit was shaking. The resort allowed up to switch units, while the new unit was nice, almost all storage was locked. We had no closet in the master bedroom, no pantry and the unit felt more like a hotel. No salt/pepper, NOTHING extra to make the stay easy. Kitchen was very sparse on things to use. We truly appreciated the resorts help, but really wish we could have stayed in the condo we originally booked, in the end they saved our trip and we would definitely book through them again and I would definitely book 5205 again versus the unit we moved to.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start off, let me say that apparently we were the first renters of the unit at 5205 Hampton South after Palmetto Dunes purchased it. Don't let the current lack of photos discourage you. This place is immaculate in our humble opinions. The entire unit is updated with all of amenities a family needs for any stay. Everything is clean and feels brand new. The furniture is comfortable (including the beds), the bathrooms are large, and the appliances are high quality. There are plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking large meals or using the top notch gas BBQs down near the pool. The resort provided several towels that we laundered about every other day and were of good quality. The unit was comfortable as far as the AC/heat. Easy access down the stairs to the pool and beach, which were amazing. There is an unheated lap pool, a heated main pool, a small 1-foot deep round kiddie pool and a hot tub. Also a workout building (we didn't use) and bathrooms by the pool. The one elevator does go down to the parking garage, so it is easy to move in/out. There are luggage carts in the parking garage right next to the elevator as well. My BIG recommendation that I didn't read anywhere else, but we figured out driving down there. Do a ClickList through Kroger for grocery pick up. The Kroger is just down the street from the main gate of the resort. Save yourself alot of time and stress by just picking up the groceries. Get extra laundry detergent, dish soap (and sponges, scrubbers) and dishwasher soap. And wine LOL, there's a wine fridge.My nitpicky negatives are small, but for the sake of honesty. The elevator goes to the ground floor in the parking garage only. Either find a spot in the garage or walk your stuff from your outside parking spot to the garage. Otherwise, your going up stairs. The washer and dryer are loud, close the door and it's OK. The furnace is in the middle of the unit and can be loud too. Otherwise, this place is perfect and we'
