Oceanfront Hilton Head with fabulous views ,updated baths, cozy fireplace

Come visit our recently renovated condo with fabulous views over the ocean. We have just finished a renovation with new tile, granite counters, carpet, paint throughout, new appliances, and beautiful new master bath. The unit is very spacious and is flooded with beach views from almost every window. The living room has a large tv mounted on the wall to watch conveniently and cozy electric fireplace for chilly evenings. We have plenty of seating with a sofa, love seat, and recliner. The dining room table has four large chairs and an additional 3 barstools at the spacious kitchen counter. The living room, dining room, and master all are filled with ocean views. There is a large balcony overlooking the ocean with a table to seat four and two chaise loungers. The balcony opens from both the living room and master bedroom. In addition to fabulous ocean views, we also have views of the pool and lovely sunsets. The pool is very large and spacious, with changing rooms, showers, and plenty of seating. There is an outdoor grilling area with picnic tables.. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes. All appliances are provided including a toaster, microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. The kitchen counters were recently updated with granite and great lighting and tile floor. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and good closet space. All appliances are new, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has updated furniture and a very comfortable king size bed. There are great views of the ocean right from bed or you can watch one of the three tvs located in the unit. There is a recently renovated master bath with large shower, beautiful tile, new paint, cabinet, fixtures and lighting. The guest room has one double bed and one new queen bed with new comforters and recently painted walls. The bath has just been renovated and has a tub/shower combination and new tile surround. There is also a tv in this room. We are located mid-island in Sea Cloisters which is Hilton Head Island's best kept secret. Our neighborhood consists of many single family homes so the beach is not nearly as crowded as other beaches on Hilton Head. The traffic is much better coming and going to our complex because we are mid-island but there are plenty of restaurants close by and the bike path comes right to our complex and there are city parks within a couple of blocks. Kids will love Adventure Cove miniature golf which is very close to us. Our unit is on the third floor and an elevator and luggage carts are conveniently provided. We have a code controlled access gate to enter our secure property so parking is always available. There is a local manager available if anything comes up during your stay. This is a quiet part of the island although convenient to everything. Everyone will love the wide, white sandy beaches and beautiful views from our unit. If you are looking for a bright, cheerful unit filled with ocean views, you won't be disappointed!! Reservations not confirmed until paid. Rates will be confirmed at booking. Prime Summer dates have a 7 night minimum stay requirement and rent from Saturday to Saturday. Inquire about monthly rates for January, February, and March. Due to the ongoing Coronavirus, trip insurance is recommended.
