Pool and hot tub are officially open!

This is the brand new 4 bedroom condo in the Aruba in Daytona Beach, and was built in 2021. This ocean front unit is breathtaking. Not a single detail was overlooked. It`s located on the 7th floor offering upscale luxury along with spectacular views of the Atlantic from the direct ocean front balcony. The living room offers a large flat panel TV, it`s own modem and Internet router for in room wireless high speed service. The large couch has a queen sleeper for those extra guests! You`ll enjoy being able to walk out on to your wrap around private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and pool deck. The great room floor plan opens up the dining area and full kitchen into the living room so all can enjoy the sights and sound of the ocean!

Bedroom 1 features a King Bed. You`ll also enjoy a flat panel TVs in all the bedrooms. The second bedroom has 2 full beds, the third bedroom has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has another king bed. There are 3 full bathrooms in the condo. The unit comes stocked with top grade linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, so all you need to do is bring the groceries!

Free, secure private parking is available for guests.

The condo is beautiful! It is right on the beach so can watch the waves from the deck or easily walk out to the beach. They were so nice to bring us a pie for the holiday! Amenities are great!

Very nice condo with excellent ocean views. All rooms were spacious and accommodated our party of 9 easily. Beach access was perfect (albeit construction on the beach made it a little cumbersome during our stay, no fault of the facility) and quiet. We would stay here again.

Easy comfortable stay

Family of 8 adults for race week.. great location, good parking … comfortable clean beds.. equipped kitchen, laundry and good amount of towels.. still working on pool and pier.. some damage next to buildings hasn’t been touched.. found big conk shells… really good week ..

Perfect getaway!

This unit was exactly what I'd hoped it would be! I don't know if we we just lucky that they were rebuilding up the sand in our area, but there were no cars lined up on the beach at our access, which was a gamechanger compared to the looks to the north!

Great Week!

We had a great week at the Aruba! The weather was perfect and so was the condo! Scott was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. The condo had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. Looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful getaway

The condo was clean and the setup of the bedrooms worked great for our group. It was pretty and had a wonderful view. The building is in wonderful shape and has great security measures if you’re worried about anything like that. We did have a couple cons, the first being no easily accessible bathroom to the pool. Also, we had some extremely windy days, and the hallway created a wind tunnel which caused a constant whistle through our condo door. The only way to stop the whistle was to leave the door open. Overall, it was a positive experience and Scott was easy to work with. We enjoyed our location.

Wonderful vacation

We all absolutely loved this condo! This was our first VBRO rental and we were very pleased. The condo is very spacious, with 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen which was furnished with all of the accessories and the dining table easily accommodated all 10 of us, very comfortably. It overlooks the beach, a pier and the gorgeous blue Atlantic Ocean. Scott was very accessible and seemed happy to answer all of my many questions. We hope to come again
