Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Aruba Condominiums offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. Just a stone's throw from Aruba is the Sunglow pier home to locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant. Local surf shops, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance.

The moment you enter this 11th floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. Enter the spacious living room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable furnishings and a smart television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and an eat-in bar. The adjacent dining area is surrounded by windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This condo even includes a washer and dryer for added convenience!

This condo boasts three spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. The ensuite primary bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. Both of the guest bedrooms feature beautiful views of the Halifax River. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom. The full bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and contains an additional entrance. The third bedroom holds a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on the top.

Follow the sound of the waves through the living room and onto your private, oceanfront balcony. Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean in privacy from only a few feet away from the sand.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Great stay at Aruba Condo 1104

The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. It was especially helpful to have access to beach chairs, toys, cart, etc. Beautiful views and location allowed for easy access to several of the area's restaurants. Reservation and check-in/check-out process was easy. Overall, a really terrific stay.

We loved our stay! Daytona is our favorite vacation spot but we like to stay on the southern end as it's a bit quieter. The Aruba condo was perfect for us and a big plus was having a washer and dryer in the condo! We look forward to staying again in the future!

A gorgeous condo

We loved our stay in the condo at Aruba Condos. The space was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were lovely. Ample towels were provided. the kitchen was nicely furnished with dishes and gadgets. The balcony furniture was nice and comfortable. There was a nice supply of beach chairs and toys in the storage area. The pool was very nice,but unfortunately the hot tub was out of commission the entire week we were there, which was very disappointing. But the condo owner had no control over that. We would highly recommend this condo!!

Great Stay!!

Beautifully appointed and attention to the details. Everything was in order, brand new and clean. We were there on an extended business trip, so it was nice to "come home" to a place rather than a hotel room. Would definitely use them again!

Beautiful condo. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Easy beach access/heated pool.

Renting process very easy and immediate access to property management. We had a few minor things to report to be fixed upon arrival. Reported and they were promptly fixed.

winter getaway 2025

Two sisters and a friend traveled to Daytona Beach Shores. The property was as presented on VRBO. We loved the balcony and ocean view! Most everything we needed was in the condo - seating in living area is a little limited but we spent majority of time outside. We were not familiar with use of lock codes and that they would change while we were there. We did catch on and if we go again are better prepared. Location of our unit was great, the outdoor equipment provided was wonderful, and amenities at the condo were much appreciated. The management office was extremely responsive and the maintenance we required was done very promptly. All the staff we encountered at the condo building was friendly and very helpful.

The view was amazing! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. It had a coffee pot and a keurig. It was perfect for my family. The only thing I didn’t care for was the lock codes. I had a hard time getting in the condo everytime but I’m sure that was just me not knowing what I was doing. The codes switched during my stay and I was not informed by the rental company. The parking in the garage wasn’t the best. My spot #76 is right next to a cement pillar so if you have doors that open that would be a problem. Thankfully I had a van that the door slid back so we could get out. I could not get out the drivers door when I backed into the spot I didn’t like that. The condo it’s 100% wonderful. The pool is clean plenty of lawn furniture they also have a hot tub! I’d stay there again. Parking and lock code was my only issues I ran into.

Great condo and month in the sun

Condo was beautiful. Just as pictured. Very clean. Extremely quiet. Internet and cable access allowed us to work remote without any issues. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook at home many nights. Newer appliances. Views from balcony are breathtaking. Close beach access. Great communication from start to finish with agency. Very easy process. Would definitely stay again!

Nice Getaway

Communication with the management company, checking in, checking out were all extremely easy. There were a couple of items that required assistance and they were quick to respond and take care of the issues. The condo itself was well stocked with items that we needed and provided an enjoyable stay. The only issue that we had included the pool and chair availability. There were many large families that were staying on property and that made it nearly impossible to find chairs, along with the pool is extremely small and crowded; especially during a busy time like Spring Break. Last item, because of the location of the pool and height of the complex, the pool and much of the sitting area is in the shade by 2 in the afternoon, making it a bummer for those wanting to utilize those spaces and still be able to enjoy the sun as well. Overall, the condo space itself was great; just a few possible drawbacks with the complex itself.

Perfect beach vacation spot

My family of 5 adults stayed 8 days. The condo is absolutely beautiful. I can't say enough about the location and the view from the primary bedroom and patio. The ocean view is spectacular!!! The condo is new, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The three bedrooms were nice and comfy. We had most meals at the condo and enjoyed the great kitchen. We spent every morning on the patio watching the sunrise. The new washer and dryer we fantastic to wash the beach towels and do laundry. The extra perks like the underground parking, elevators and the pool were awesome. We spent most of our days at the beach. The beach right out in front of the condo was clean, beautiful, and perfect sand. No need to look for a beach spot elsewhere. The condo had an awesome set up of beach towels, beach chairs, beach table, umbrella, cooler, water jug, sand toy (if you have littles). Everything we could possibly need for a perfect day at the beach. All easily stored in the onfloor storage area. The pool with the beach view was great, and a great place to relax in the evenings after dinner. We wish we would have booked 2 weeks. We were sad to leave. Alot to do and see in the area. If you want to stay busy or if you want to relax and chill. We enjoyed the games and puzzles at the condo in the evenings after a day at the beach. Check in and check out were very easy. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you for a much-needed family vacation. See you soon! 5 out of 5 on every level. PS treat yourself to an awesome Port Orange local spot McKenna's....... the food was down right amazing with everything from seafood to burgers. Awesome food and service.

Aruba condo

This apartment is very nice! Exactly as pictured. Very large and clean. The people live/ staying there were friendly. My negatives about the stay are that it comes barely equipped in the kitchen for the price. I know that it is new so maybe more things will be added to the kitchen in future examples being knives other than butter knives, bigger pots and pans. I also haven't experienced this price point of stay not having starters of hand soap, dish soap, small shampoo and conditioners, a kitchen sponge and more than one trash bag. I would definitely stay here again, though. We really enjoyed it!
