Should you elect to have the wedding or event directly on the beach. A Volusia County permit & insurance coverage is required. The patio under the deck has 10 person wooden table, gas bar-B-Q and outside frig. The property is flanked by vacate lot joined by parking lot to the south and hotel parking lot to the north. Providing full 280 degree view of the ocean from anywhere on the estate. Private parking for up to 5-7 vehicles.
